Highly recommend them if you're needing HVAC service for your home. They serviced my AC a month ago and over the weekend it my AC went out. They came out and serviced it again FREE OF CHARGE because they felt it was something they should have caught the first time. Integrity is a wonderful thing in a business and I greatly appreciated their level of care outside of normal business hours.

Just had Ted Dumont Hvac put a new furnace and A/C unit installed. They were very prompt in contacting me and getting it installed. About a week after it was installed we had some issues with what was the furnace. They sent a tech right out and we thought we had it fixed but the next night it acted up again the tech was back first thing in the morning a Sunday morning. He checked it all out then checked our vents, we had 3 closed vents and two that were covered up. Problem solved. Great service I would recommend them

The technicians with Ted Dumont HVAC are always on time, informative when I have questions, and proactive scheduling my service and working with my schedule. They have never tried to 'upsell' me and have never nickel-and-dimed me for small things. I appreciate the company very much.

I called 7 different HVAC companies a few days before Christmas. Everyone was busy but these guys went above and beyond. They were the easiest to work with, quick, and courteous. They are the only ones who will sell you the part (if you don’t need the service)and that’s at a fair price. Our family will always use you guys. A+
