BEN was AMAZING! He showed up three hours after we made the request during a heat wave and got our A/C working again. It was extremely reasonable in cost and he gave me some great tips for keeping everything cool in the future. We use Ted Dumont HVAC for all our residential and commercial properties and highly recommend them.

Ben from Dumont HVAC is the most down to earth, patient, thorough, and honest technician! What more could we ask for? We invited Dumont to come out to our home to do some maintenance on our A/C and check the HVAC system to diagnose and offer any suggestions to get the most out of the single unit, for a two story, that we have. We were wanting an estimate for what was needed to help the upstairs cool down more. Ben did his thing through the house, checking each room to make sure we were getting the proper input and output based on what we had our A/C unit set to. He determined that everything was working properly and offered just a few suggestions on how to get the most out of our system. So we learned a few things, he cleaned out the unit, we paid for a maintenance (which was reasonable) and he was on his way. Great job! And we are cool and happy! Thanks Ben and Dumont HVAC! We will tell our friends and call you in the future for any needs!

Ted Dumont HVAC is a company focused on making money by helping people. I have had them into my home in multiple occasions and both Jasper and Ben are professional and not just there to give me a bogus diagnosis and fix something that wasn’t broken.

I have had that happen with others and that is how I met them and why I trust them. In 2019 Jasper came and had my AC running within two minutes when others had said it was wasn’t worth fixing and needed to be replaced.

Our building manager Candice scheduled our service for our warehouse heaters, and this company promptly responded the next morning by sending Ben to Diagnose the problem. Ben came back the next afternoon to install a new motor and get it running. He had a very personable approach the whole time, very rare these days..

Had heating and air conditioning issues Thermostat went blank. I called Ted Dumont at 10:30 this morning. Ben was here by 1:15 He cleaned fixed and adjusted the heater in 1 hour as well installed my new thermostat and gave me tips on air conditioning winterization. I wont bother my landlord to come out and look at it in the future. I will call this affordable professional for all my future needs. Thanks Ben
