Ted Dumont has always been a great company to work with. Today my technician Ben was professional and courteous. He called ahead of time and he made sure that I understood how to use my new thermostat before he left. Thanks for a great job!

I called them in the am and within 2 hours someone was at my home. Ben introduced himself and got to work right away. I have these terrible barking dogs in the way and he was just so patience and calmed the dogs down before he starting working. Ben found the issue, fixed it and installed a new thermostat for us at our request. Very polite and did a great job. When I got the bill I was even more pleased! Do yourself a favor and just Call these guys first!

Ted Dumont HVAC was amazing today in restoring gas service to our home after the neighbors smelled gas from a broken gas line. Their truck arrived within 2 hours of our unscheduled call and Ben, the technician, identified the problem and fixed it. He even returned in the evening (after the gas company approved the work) to hook up the gas, turn it on and get our furnace and hot water heater going again. Ben's friendly and competent service work earned him our family's gold star of approval. We highly recommend Ted Dumont HVAC (and Ben!) for your HVAC repair needs.

Ted Dumont HVAC should be one of the only companies to call if you need HVAC or a Water Heater. This is the second time we had Ben with Ted Dumont come out to make repairs since purchasing our home. We had duct work repaired and a water heater replaced. Next time we need work completed we will make sure to call Ted Dumont HVAC as we know we can trust them to get the work done at a fair price. On the hottest day of the year one of the AC units in our gym quite literally blew up. Getting it replaced was quite an operation. We needed a whole new unit, a crane to get it into place on the roof, and a bunch of parts to get it all connected and these guys were able to get it done for us. The serviceman who came out to do the installation, Ben, had a great sense of humor and since then everything has been working perfectly. The clients of Starting Strength Bosie are grateful for your work.

We arrived at our place of business on a chilly morning and discovered we had no heat! Within an hour of contacting Ted Dumont HVAC, we had a very polite technician named "Ben", take care of our heating needs. As he left, I thanked him and called him "our hero"!!

I need to replace my 34 year old Compressor and my 1st call was to Ted Dumont HVAC. Ben showed up on time, calling before he headed over to confirm the appointment. He gave me a thorough explanation of my choices and how the process works.
Took extensive photos of existing equipment and what my options were. They will be emailing me an estimate and time schedule.
Ben has been here several times and is great to work with.

Our A/C went out this morning! I called Ted Dumont HVAC & within a few hours a service man came! Ben was prompt & got everything fixed up so my dancers didn’t melt away! Ben was very professional & full of helpful tips to keep a healthy HVAC. Thank you for saving the day Ben!
