Ben was very fast at responding to my work heater being down, and he was very knowledgeable about our parts even with our old equipment.

Ben arrived promptly, and was very professional with handling the situation. He fixed our leak in no time. Got to love great service!

Ben came out and fixed my water heater. He was very nice and professional. It was up and running in under an hour.

Ben did the maintenance on the AC system today, and he did the heating system maintenance last year. Ben always arrives on time and is thorough and explains what work he did.

I have used Ted Dumont since 2006. They are great and knowledgeable. Adam Nokes is the best, and worth the wait! I would not use anyone else. This man deserves a raise!

We had Ted Dumont out to our home twice recently to discuss a rather large project.
after the first visit we were informed that due their work load they would not be able to fit us in quickly. Having worked with them before on many commercial and investment projects in the past and knowing we were not in a hurry we asked when they would be able to accommodate our needs, we were informed that if we could wait until Sept (several weeks away) they would be able to complete the work we required. We followed up again in September to make sure we would be scheduled this time, had a tech out to our home again and were again told their current work load would not permit them to take our job.
Now we are in a hurry and have to look elsewhere, we have been placed into a very difficult situation by a company we once trusted.
We will be taking all of our personal, commercial, and rental business elsewhere from now on.

All work was discussed with the first tech that visited our home and he understood the scope of work we needed. My husband even received a message from Brandon Dumont after the second visit saying that he would be looking into why we still had not been scheduled. simple fact is we tried to give them our business and work with their availability and they failed to put us on the schedule for September as we had arranged weeks in advance.

It's the middle of a heat wave and all the companies are booked out a week or more. These guys staff for the busy season and come prepared. Thanks Ben and Ted Dumont for getting out to my business quickly!

This business stands behind their work, no questions asked. They are respectful and will offer you solutions that are reliable and cost effective. If something doesn't go right, they will spend the time and resources to make sure it gets done to your satisfaction. It is a small business, so you are dealing with caring people and not a corporate machine. I would highly recommend them to anyone with HVAC service/installation needs. You won't be disappointed.
