Ben, our service agent was phenomenal. He took the time to be courteous around my routine & schedule as well as educated me when asking some questions about how to best maintance my appliance. 5 stars! 🤩

Ben was out a couple weeks ago, serviced the Furnace to make sure it was ready for the upcoming cold season. He was very friendly, quick, on time, neat and professional. Would recommend them anytime.

This is the right number to call. We had an issue with our heat not working properly. Our technician Ben was awesome! He was there the same day within only a few hours after the call, diagnosed our issue expertly, tested the equipment thoroughly after the repair was complete, and even made sure we knew how to operate it. We would certainly request Ben again if we have any issues in the future!

I just had Ben out at my house from Ted Dumont HVAC and he was so great! Really professional, timely, and friendly. He stayed a few minutes and tested all my vents to make sure my AC was running correctly. You can tell he really cares about his job and that makes all the difference.
