Called the guys in the pink truck to have a few tune ups done to both furnace and HVAC systems. Cost was very affordable.
But most of all was how informative Jacob was while walking thru some minor repairs on the units.
All parts were replaced in just a few hours. Everything is working 100%.
Along with training a new technician (Carlos), everything was done in a fast efficient time frame, also cleaning up after each project.
This is our first home for about a year. Jacob and Carlos informed us of an energy analysis course that is very helpful.

They've been very helpful and quick every step of the way. There were hick ups on the initial install that caused problems down the line but they were very apologetic and prompt to fix the issues. With the problems I had I would have put maybe 4 stars but Ali changed my mind. He was absolutely astounding at his job, very friendly, and had an obvious passion for the customers experience.

Ted was the plumber that showed up to my home. He called to let me know he was on his way and on time. He was professional, respectful of my home, seemed very experienced, and had an amazing personality! I would definitely call again in the future for any plumbing needs. Joel installed our new doorbell after not having one at our new house for a year. He came out quickly, explained everything, and even let us know the previous repair person broke our doorbell, and installed the new one with ease! It’s so nice having a doorbell that works now! Our technician Colin was on time, friendly, not phased by my anxious dog, and thorough without being intrusive. He explained his findings in a manner I could understand. I highly recommend him and the Right Now company’s work.

I would highly recommend the company. They came to install a water heater and did a great job. Not only did they install my heater the made sure to bring it up to code. They also informed me of maintenance needed done to keep my new water heater working like a charm. I actually have them coming out to give me a bid for a water softener install. Thanks for everything!

Robert was great! He answered my questions and concerns about the sounds that are coming from my water heater. He checked my water pressure and set my expansion tank to the correct pressure. He installed a much better drain valve that should last a lot longer than the plastic standard valve that came on it. I’m very satisfied with the service.

Jessie, much like the other people who have been to our house from this company, was easy to talk to and willing to take the time to help us understand the problem. He gave us multiple options so that we can make the best choice for us. We look forward to continuing to work with this company as we own this home.
