Right Now Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical

Right Now came out to fix a ductless system that was poorly done by another HVAC company. They got me fixed up FAST and for a reasonable price! I then had them come check another system for me and they checked it and tested it, top to bottom. There was nothing wrong with it so they didn’t charge me for the visit! 🤯🥳
Things I really loved:
- They had all the stuff my ductless system needed in stock so they were able to fix it right away. Other HVAC companies had to order the parts, which were on back order for months.
- They have a call center that was available every time I called, especially after normal business hours so communicating with them was very easy.
- Their techs were all very professional and seemed very well trained and honest. Trying to find top notch people in the trades can be challenging but I’ve had several techs from Right Now come work on stuff for me and every one of them has impressed me. I’m very hard to impress so that consistency has been nothing short of mind blowing to me.
- They are FAST and available. Every time I’ve called them, they’ve been out to the job within 24 hrs, and often that same day!
- They test and check your system with actual HVAC testing equipment rather than doing the job and saying, “call us if you have trouble” like other HVAC companies I’ve deal with in the past. In other words, they do the job then pressure test everything and make sure it’s going to work correctly before they leave. This seems like a no-brainer but a lot of HVAC companies have techs that assume everything they did was perfect then leave only to have to return to “fix” it again. Very frustrating. I haven’t had that trouble with Right Now. They’ve always done a thorough job and checked it before leaving.
I don’t want to jinx it but so far they’ve been awesome and I think I may have found my go-to HVAC company moving forward.

The technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. The job was completed quickly and efficiently and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Joel and Right Now Heating and Air to anyone looking for quality service and a great value.

Thaddeus was great. Showed up on time, was courteous, knowledgeable and had a great wit about him. He was able to fix my issue lightning fast and advised how to avoid the issue in the future. 10 out of 10. More then met expectations.

Great service! We had a toilet clog that would not respond to various techniques (baking soda/vinegar, dishwashing liguid/boiling water, and of course the plunger) Contacted Right Now early on a Sunday and Rob came out and fixed it with an auger that afternoon! He was professional and explained what he was doing.

All of the equipment in my utility room at my home (HVAC system, tankless water heater system, and water softener system) has been purchased through and maintained by Right Now Heating and Air because we know that we can depend on this company to stand by their product. Mark is by far the most knowledgeable technician that we have had the pleasure to have service our equipment. He was quickly able to troubleshoot and diagnose a recurring problem with our tankless water heater system today that previous technicians had missed, which resulted in the loss of our hot water. He corrected the problem and restored hot water to our home. Mark went the extra mile for our family when he noticed a minor issue with our HVAC system that was incorrectly configured when it was first installed that we would never had known about otherwise. We will be reaching out to schedule another visit and specifically request Mark to help with that adjustment due to his expert knowledge and fantastic customer service skills!

Brandon and Mark are excellent! Very knowledgeable and fast. Helped install a really tricky thermostat situation for me in my new house. The company does mark up their thermostats on the truck by a crazy amount. The price of the thermostat on the truck was $800…I got it for $200 on Amazon and then rescheduled and got them to just install it for WAY cheaper. Saved me about ~$500. If you can, just buy the materials yourself. The 4 star review is for the awesome employees. The company seems about a 3 star in terms of pricing and scheduling.

I have a mini split system in my home they came out and cleaned everything I cleaned 2 weeks ago I thought I was going to be getting the blower wheel cleaned they charged me 140 to take a dry paint brush and dust the system off, I thought service it meant cleaning the blower wheel which is something I haven't been able to do the technician told me that is a separate service, so I paid 140 to them for nothing basically. Then called them back to find out what all servicing meant and their answering service took a message and I never got a call back won't be going through them again. They tech guy was nice

Robert Rose and his team member were professional and friendly. They seemed genuine in their desire to help and do a good job. They didn’t just flush our water heater but gave us a free inspection on the plumbing in our home and were knowledgeable on all the repairs needed.

We needed a few electrical repairs in our 1970s home including sockets and an attic junction box. The work had to be completed by licensed contractors. Tanner and Russell arrived within the time scheduled and worked diligently to fix all of our concerns! They were professional yet approachable! We are very appreciative. Thank you!

Our condenser fan wasn’t turning. These guys had it up and running in like 5 minutes. They also pointed out a few things I can take care of to keep my system running longer. I was very pleased with the service.
