Right Now Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical

You asked me for a review, you got it! I signed up at Home Depot for a $49 review/ tuneup of our home A/C system. Yesterday a fellow from Right Now, Fernando, came to our home and did just that. But along with the inspection he provided me with an invaluable resource of information about the system. His explanations about what we found were very helpful. Translation of technical numbers into the practical reality ain’t always easy. I gained a lot of understanding about the air conditioning system, and it was really enjoyable. And I had questions; and really, I gained more understanding of the system and real confidence in Fernando’s expertise and explanations. Our system is about 20 years old, so what I learned, you could say, can be translated into avoiding any problems and saving money. And I learned a lot, thanks to the technician, Fernando. And thanks again!

Jason and Raymond went above and beyond on a Holiday weekend! We were not without water as we feared. They got here quickly and went to work on our issue. They were polite and easy to talk to. Great job guys!

Luis was timely in giving a bid and more importantly was able to get out to do the job the next day! He and his partner showed great care and creativity to solve a variety of electrical issues on a remodel to my 20 year old townhouse.

Heating and Air installed my a/c unit and Heater unit with thermostat. Every time they come to service the units they always wear shoe booties in the house. Mark is who came for a routine checkup this time and was a pretty nice guy! Customer service is excellent as well another shout out to Jeremiah! I recommend Heating and Air for any of your services. I never had a problem with any service and if something did not get done right, I just call them up and someone will come out. I have referred most of my family members to them.

Had a backup flood our basement within days of moving. Jason and Robert did a great job getting the problem fixed quickly and were both courteous and effective. I will definitely use Right Now again. Thanks Jason and Rob!

Professional from beginning to end, team was very friendly/courteous, always showed up on time, CS team followed up quickly when questions were asked, finished project works and looks great, cleaned up thoroughly after job was completed. They were also able to begin the requested job the NEXT DAY after reaching out to them vs. other companies that took much longer (or didn't respond to us at all). Very highly recommended!

Carlos was excellent to work with installing power for our new mini split system. He was very professional and recommended the best conduit placement. Highly recommend!
