Ted came out to fix our outdoor faucet/ pipes since it got busted. He was super nice, very professional, just genuine great guy. He fixed the issue no problem! Would definitely go back to this company and use Ted again!

I bought a 50gl water heater from Right Now and I am completely impressed with the entire transaction. The salesman was knowledgeable and explained everything.
The installer (Justin) was on time and an expert in his craft. He worked fast and explained everything he was doing. He did an excellent job and cleaned up everything. It’s as if he wasn’t even here except for the new water heater and connections.
The entire job was one flat price with no hidden charges.
I’m Happy and impressed!

Manny was very thorough. His system tuneup was in depth. Both the outdoors and inside parts of the ac were cleaned. He showed me the issues, and provided a quote for repair. I am very happy with his work, customer service, and work ethic.

Andrew and his team were very professional and were very helpful by explaining the process that would take place. they completed the job in a timely manner and came back the following day to take pictures for the inspector and to bury the ditch that they had laid the new electrical feeder lines in. They were also happy to give us advise on other electrical questions that we had. We would most certainly use "right now" services in the future. Ted K came to my home to give a quote for a plumbing issue I was having. I felt very lucky to have gotten him as my tech because of his wealth of knowledge and great personality! Will definitely use this company again!

We scheduled a furnace check-up. He showed up on time, was friendly, and knowledgeable. He looked at our AC as well, with no added cost, and we were advised that it would most likely not make it through the next summer. He set up a meeting to give us a quote that night and install was ready the next day! The install guys were awesome. Showed up on time, treated us and our home well, double checked everything, and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. The simple fact that THREE different parties showed up when they said they would, without any of the time-frame shenanigans, earns them our future business. Everything looks and works great!

I am so pleased with the technician named Ted K at this company. Right now heating and air is lucky to have such a knowledgeable person working for them. He came for an issue with my toilet and gave me a quote for a repair and a replacement. Very trustworthy person!

Our water softener started leaking. Travis immediately came out and shut off the water to the machine. There was some issue with the warranty and it was taking longer than anticipated for the replacement. Right Now ended up giving us an upgraded water softener. All the personnel were professional, friendly, and awesome! This includes the office staff in addition to the staff that came out to our house. Specific shout out to Jose!

I appreciated that they took the time to explain all the valves that turn off the water in the house and outside of the house. Hopefully, I never need to use what I learned from them, but peace of mind that I know what to do should I have a different water problem in the future. If I do, I know who to call. Right Now, of course.

Had to call service for the first time and was impressed by the quick answering of the phones, professional folks that fielded the request, and how quickly a technician was sent out. The technician that came out was excellent! Quickly diagnosed and solved the problem and went above and beyond to make sure everything else was in order. Very good experience and happy with the results.

Fernando came to our house on Sunday we were having hvac issues, he went through the hole system made sure everything was functioning correctly. He was really laid back and professional and got our hvac running efficiently he explained everything as he was doing and how the system works, 5 star rating because he is honest a family man and got everything running superb and knew what he was doing. 💯
