Right Now Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical

I am very happy with the service of Right Now Heating & A/C! Living up to their name they quickly sent out a technician (Rob) who troubleshooted my problem and then provided me with options to correct it. I chose to have them replace my entire system as they provided a real good deal. To get me through the weekend they temporarily installed window A/C units until they arrived just 2 days later for the system replacement. It took them a day to install everything and have my house comfortable again. As far as the installation went I can say that they exceeded my expectations (based upon the previous company I used). They completely rebuilt the ductwork that was shoddily done from said previous company. It now looks and functions like what you would find in a new house. Like I said earlier, they exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier!

The best part of Right Now are the technicians and installers, in my experience. Anthony (installer) went above and beyond what he needed to do, showed he cared, is knowledgeable and did the most thorough job possible. Ali was an extremely efficient technician/repairman with clear confidence in his knowledge and skills and the ability to see a job through to the end no matter the time it takes. David was fast and helpful with putting up my Co2 and smoke detectors & installing the new thermostat. All team members beginning to end have felt trustworthy.

Jason was absolutely amazing! Not only did he completely resolve our clog issue, he was so very respectful of our personal requests and wishes! I cannot recommend Jason enough, or adequately express just how much I absolutely loved our experience or how literally awesome and efficient he was. Such a gem! Please call for Jason when you’re in a pickle, and really need some compassionate help!

So I agreed to have ac installed at what they quoted me, techs came the following day to perform the service they got to the electrical part which I was told during the quote was fine. They called and wanted to charge me thousands more dollars on my financing to upgrade my main panel. At that point there was no way I would be able to afford the payment and told them I couldn’t do it was very apologetic and was told no problem and everything would be put back. When I got home there was a box to the furnace loose hanging from the wall and my main panel loose from the wall as well. The next morning I woke up to my furnace making a horrible noise contacted my salesmen scheduled with a tech to come look at it when the tech got to my home he proceeded to argue that they never touched my furnace. After telling him what went on he finally opened my furnace and found screw were missing from the blower and apologized at that point thinking everything was good he left. I get back home today and my main panel and the box still hanging. Very disappointed with this company at this point.

I sent a text message to them on Saturday and they responded to me on Sunday and had someone there Monday morning. Where it was a holiday I thought that nothing would happen until after the 4th, so it was a pleasant surprise to have it happen so fast. My husband said how impressed he was with Joe. He came in and got right to work, he was quick and efficient in what he did to fix our air conditioner. It works perfectly now, just in time to stay cool and comfortable from the heat.

Jacob arrived promptly and was both professional and kind from the start. He introduced the other gentleman he was training and then got to work. He explained everything he was doing and was very thorough working both in and outside of the house. I'll be recommending him to anyone looking to have their heating and cooling maintained or repaired. Thank You!

I used them for the first time last week. I called them first thing Monday morning. They were at the house within 2 hours. They immediately found the leak and repaired it. This was the easiest and fastest service that I've ever received. The technician was very friendly and very professional. The cost was also very reasonable. Great company and more importantly great people. Not often do you get this type of service starting with the phone call and ending with a great repair. They even call back to make sure everything needed was done properly and to make sure that you're very satisfied.

We were having water coming up through our shower and toilets. Jason came out very quickly after we called and did a very thorough inspection. He gave us some options and quotes but also gave us some tips and tricks. Will definitely be calling Right Now in the future

Jason showed up early, much appreciated, than expected appointment time. Looked at the issue and gave me a quote and started the work. While working, he didn't seem to mind my questions, which I appreciate so I can learn to do it the next time.... Hopefully it won't happen again.

Scott was very friendly.
However, they were supposed to come scope our pipe to give us an estimate for repairs. They did not scope and had to borrow tools from my husband to do a cursory look.
Told us everything was fine for now. 4 days later we have flooding again because they didn't actually scope the drain.
