They were awesome. Repaired the AC, repaired electrical, replace light bulbs. They were professional and pleasant. I call this company for all repairs. Excellent job, can't do without them and I am a senior citizen on a budget and their prices is so reasonable.

We were sold on how efficient the heat pump was and how it would reduce our power bill. Accepted the bid to install. Six times they sent a service guy out for install and follow up fixes. Twice the service people didn’t even know why they had been sent. The last guy they sent said the system had not been charged. Our power bill has been higher than ever before in the 30 years we have lived in the home-not a savings as they reassured us. Technician said to contact sales guy to help with excessive power bill but he shrugged his shoulders with a can’t help you. Not a good experience-at all.

I felt like this was a time share presentation and they weren’t leaving until I bought something. The service request was to clean and inspect the 14 year old 4 ton residential HVAC system that has always worked perfectly. (Probably due to routine maintenance). The recommendation from this sales company was a complete remove and replace of the entire system at a cost high enough to buy a new car “for efficiency”. My electric bill is an average of $70 dollars a month. How many centuries would it take for “the efficiency” to cover the cost of replacing an entire system? Recommending a remove and replace on 14 year old system for the sake of efficiency in my opinion is poor business ethics. Side note, as a landlord I have 43 HVAC systems I maintain the oldest is in the dessert at 34 years old and operates just fine. Stay away from this outfit unless you have money to burn.

Fixed my AC (and cleaned as well as stating I didn't need more charge) however it's still unable to keep up with cooling demands of 65° while the house is 68° in a 76° outside temp. Also never received a call back about appointments for two plumbing issues that were "scheduled". I will never contact these people that overcharge by a minimum of 66% cost. I will stick to the more loyal "mom and pop places" already in place that charge for parts and fair labor expenses.

Don't just trust my review. Please take time to read the other Critical Reviews. NEVER have we had such an unprofessional experience with a local company. The guy they sent out to service our HVAC unit said we needed a whole new furnace! (Our brother in law works for a reputable local HVAC company as service tech. He came and looked at it the next day and said the system was fine and had a lot of life left in and absolutely did not need to be replaced. So the guys they send out are OBVIOUSLY paid on commission! (Which was later confirmed.) In addition, the paperwork he left explaining what he did at the time of the service wasn't legible except for the price of $389.00. (Which we did pay in full) But when we called the Admin. at their office (and I won't mention her name out of respect for another human being) she was irrate with us for not just paying the bill! I guess questions are not allowed. My husband just wanted help in understanding what had actually been done and definitions of what the service provided meant so we could understand our system and the work they performed. The office administrator (collect agent) literally yelled at us over the phone. It was like she was in menopause with a hormone imbalance and had a mental health issue. FOR REAL! This is the second time we've tried this company and had a very unpleasant experience. Even though they have cute, pink funny trucks, I would steer clear.

Post winter, pre-spring checkup was completed, very thorough and comprehensive. Mark, the Tech, was friendly and spent time providing insight and tips on maintenance. I highly recommend this company for any repairs or season preparation. Very professional!

Andrew did an amazing job at efficiently identifying the electrical issue that was causing downstairs outlets to not work. He was professional and explained the problem and fix in an easy to understand method. Andrew corrected the break in the electrical current and quickly got our appliances running again. I’m impressed with Andrew’s knowledge and friendly demeanor. He’s created a repeat customer!
