Arrived early. Promptly fixed the problem and was careful to clean up when he finished.

My Central Air went down this past Thursday, when it was 102° outside! The hottest day we've had thus far, and the wrong day for it to stop working! Technician Amanda Moore came out today, on a Saturday, serviced and repaired my A.C., and got me and my family cool as a cucumber again! ☺️ We were roasting for a couple of days, but are ready for the hot weather again. Thank you soooo much, Amanda! You're the BEST! 🙋🏾‍♀️🙂👌🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

We've had Turner Brothers service our system several times since we've lived here. The first time was about 6 years ago when our a/c died and we went through our home warranty company to have the inside unit replaced. Well our outside unit finally gave out and we had them back to replace it and are very happy with the service and professionalism from everyone we've interacted with. They also provided us with a portable unit to keep us cool while waiting for our unit to be installed. Then on top of that, the unit arrived much earlier than expected and they called us immediately to come get it installed for us. Highly recommend!

They've helped me out several times, and have always been great. I had one issue where I wasn't satisfied with the answer their tech gave me. They sent out another tech (at no additional cost) who came out and got everything running perfectly!

Jeremy did a great job. He was very professional, diagnosed problem quickly, ordered replacement parts and came to install them as soon as they arrived.
