Ed’s has the best techs. My ac just quit and they squeezed me in their busy schedule and did not waste anytime when they got here. It took him 5 minutes to trouble shoot and 10 to repair. Cost $165 and worth every penny. Only complaint is that their 1-800 # sounds like you are calling a call center but it actually isn’t. Other than that slight annoyance they are awesome!

Absolutely stellar tech came by. Came to our and apologized for being late but he was early! He was super friendly, didnt care that our dogs were being jerks. Showed us what we need to do to keep our unit in great shape. We rent our place but I definitely see why our LL uses them. Awesome service and people!

Jamie Brockel Ed's continues to provide superior and timely repair services to equipment that was initially installed by them almost 25 years ago. Nothing runs better than a Tran. Particular notice to service tech Jamie Brockel who demonstrates excellent evaluation and diagnostic work resulting in an excellent and timely repair. Nice to have the replacement part on his truck as well.

I called Ed’s comfort solutions because my A/C was acting up, they had Mike come out about 2 hours later. Mike was fantastic he immediately started to work and was very friendly and professional great repairman. I would not hesitate to call this company.

Hate to be a negative in a sea of positive reviews, but let me be clear, all aspects of my experience with ECS’s including pricing, installation, scheduling are very good. Only thing is i was told my electric bill would drop by 40%. The compressor unit is also much larger than old unit. I went from a 10 seer to a 14 seer and was hopeful that my bill would be reduced? My energy bill has not changed and even increased a few months. Purchased in June of 22 and thought their might be a break in period? Again, this is more of a question than a negative comment. Thanks

If you’re looking for a trusted HVAC company, the search stops here! ECS is the best AC company that I have ever used! Our 40 year old unit finally bit the dust, and our home was sweltering here in June. I’ve got three young children and we were all miserable. I called ECS first thing Monday morning, and by bed time that evening, we had a brand new unit installed with frigid air flowing. I’m not saying they can always provide same day service, but Jason and his crew bent over backwards to help us out and I cannot thank them enough. I’ll never use another AC company again. They’ve earned a customer for life!

I want to commend and recommend Ed's Comfort Solutions!
When our AC stopped cooling they arranged a very timely and convenient service appointment and once Jimmy LeGare determined the problem, he gave us clear options on how to proceed. When we opted to go for a new 5 ton heat pump system, Ed's was able to schedule the installation for the very next day and Ryan McLaughlin and Brian Beigel did a great job on the installation. Thank you all!

UPDATE: We received a phone call this AM saying two guys from Ed's Comfort Solutions would be at our house this morning to replace the thermostat if needed and calibrate our existing one if they could. We had a new guy that actually seemed to know what he was doing. He came with a thermometer (how novel) and made adjustments to both of our zones. It seems to be working well and I am relieved that I don't have to worry about heating problems over what is forecast to be a bitterly cold Christmas. I would give them five stars except it shouldn't take three visits to get this problem taken care of. Send the A-team the first time.

We have had issues with the calibration of our thermostat before. Presently, it reads 71 when it is clearly much cooler. The remote to my fireplace reads 65. The first guy they sent didn’t know how to fix it. Why did they send him? A week later the guy who knows how to fix it did some things to recalibrate it such as rebooting the system. He also said that since three people were standing next to the unit that would raise the temp. I didn’t know I had “stupid” tattooed on my forehead. (I was only there about two minutes total.). I call BS. In any event, he said try it for a few days to see if it works. Hmmm. It’s Dec. 21st with temps projected to be in the 20s at night starting Friday night (Christmas Eve eve). I’m very frustrated. I’m sure if his fix doesn’t work they’ll be right out here on Christmas to fix it so my pipes don’t freeze. Yeah, sure. This is an expensive system installed three years ago. It shouldn’t take weeks and multiple trips to fix something so basic that they installed.
