The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because of the technician was great. They should not be your first choice because the invoice I got was not detailed on the services they rendered at my house also because of that my home warranty would not cover it because it was not itemized.

My ac unit had a manufacture problem that was uncommon so it was a challenge finding out what it was. Turner brothers made every effort to find the solution. When one couldn’t figure it out they called on another to help until they were able to find the problem it was nice to see that kind of teamwork & they also apologized for the inconvenience, now that’s professional! Thank you!!!

Very happy we chose to do business with Turner Brothers. Everyone we spoke to, from the office personnel to the technicians were completely professional and on point. We were scheduled immediately, seen immediately, the work was thorough and great quality, and the techs went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. We were made to feel like a priority each time we contacted them, and if we didn't get a person right away we were called back promptly. This company values it's customers, and we will be returning for any of our future AC needs.

Great experience with this company. We had an air conditioner break on a Saturday evening. I contacted Turner Brothers to fix it. I got a call-back in less than an hour and they arranged a technician appointment for Sunday.

I got a call from Eric the technician 20 minutes before he arrived. When he arrived he was extremely polite and explained very clearly what he found and my options for a repair. He had the problem solved in about 45 minutes

I would definitely use this company again.

They came out fast and were very thorough and professional. They broke down different options and explained the differences in a way that we would understand

I can’t even find the words to express how pleased I am with this company. I made a call in the late afternoon that my air was broken and within an hour someone was at my house and made the repair. Frank was awesome.

Very professional very helpful very friendly, checked everything over thoroughly brought to my attention a couple issues that needed to be taken care of and gave me options. I I had coil cleaner and they completed the cleanup on my air conditioning unit outside. Look forward to working with them again

I am seriously impressed with the level of customer support and service I received...and I am not easy to impress when it comes to residential contractors! Tiffany is at the center of it all. She is VERY RESPONSIVE, helpful, friendly, cheerful, flexible, fair, professional, and courteous. I am not exaggerating! She is very easy to work with when scheduling and quickly communicated with the technician to pass-on information from/to me. I am not easy to reach during normal working hours and she respected that and worked with me on my contact preferences. She promptly followed-up after the appointment and requested feedback on the service provided. I was able to make an appointment for 4:00pm and the technician, Eric, promptly arrived. I could use all the same adjectives I used for Tiffany, but I will simply include the additional ones I observed with Eric: excellent troubleshooter, methodical, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, authentic, and honest. He knows his trade and very confidently and carefully diagnosed the issue with my unit—which had a very tricky problem! He also answered all my questions and explained things to the detail that was appropriate for me. I also never once felt like he or Tiffany were taking advantage of me and I will most definitely call Turner Brothers next time I need A/C repairs!

Got an appointment quickly and they showed up on time while informing me who / when the technician was on the way. Jeremy was friendly, quick and informative.

Our AC started blowing warm air... We called Turner Brothers and they sent a technician out the same day! They were able to provide a temporary fix but we eventually had to schedule a follow-up for a more in-depth repair (due to a poor install job from another business). Turner Brothers stood behind their work 100%. When the initial solution didn't cut it, they sent out the whole team to tackle the job. Thank you guys for your diligence and follow through. Seems like the mystery of our air conditioner has finally been solved!
