I cannot recommend Sam Pickren enough! They have been such a great company to work with. My experience started with talking to Calli in the office, and Justin coming out to give us a quote. I received quotes from 5-6 different companies and although Sam Pickren was not the least expensive, I chose them for our new install. Their prompt response, level of customer service, and product they offered were the main reasons I chose them. After agreeing to move forward with Sam Pickren, they will do everything they can to keep your home cool until they can get your install done, to include bringing out window units if need be. Prior to my install, Jeremy had to come out once to charge my system and a week later, Allen had to come out after hours to replace some parts and charge it again. Both of these technicians were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I had my install done today. Garett, Anthony, and Jeremy came out to do it. They were extremely professional and thorough in their work and I love my new system. I will always call Sam Pickren for my HVAC needs, and you should too. This locally owned, 3 generation family owned business won’t let you down .

Their quote was a little higher than the other companies, but man I'm glad that I went with these guys. Darryl bent over backwards and moved mountains to ensure our happiness. They've stood behind their product and service, and demonstrated over the course of time that you always get what you pay for.

Garrett came out to our home and repaired a completely disconnected duct that JR Enterprises missed on all four service calls during our home inspection period. Garrett was highly knowledgeable and forthcoming with the state of our unit and his recommendations moving forward. He was quick and efficient, we noticed an immediate decrease in the temperature in our home following the repair. We will definitely be using this company in the future!

SPAC initially did a duct cleaning at the time of our home purchase. The amount of dirt that was removed was easily measured in pounds. The technician even cleaned off horizontal surfaces and adjusted vent angles to prevent odd accumulation and evenly cool home.

A few years later we had the standard mariad of issues from an aging system. Capacitor replacement, contactor, check-ups. All services provided in a prompt, professional manner.

During one of our checks when we had noticed a longer than usual run-time and uneven cooling, Justin called his zoned and split system expert. It was discovered the old (original) system was mismatched, blend valves corroded, and dripping condensation from ducts. These were also noted initially on home inspection but had gotten worse.

A plan was made to replace the entire system. The Friday before work was to begin a dumpster arrived. 8am Monday morning 3 technicians had removed the old system and ductwork. By that Friday the two new systems were installed and operating. Dumpster hauled away around 5:30pm that Friday.

Each day, the technicians worked dillegently, professionally, and respectfully. Each day they cleaned their work site and always asked before moving any personal item that needed moved.

By the end of the job the only evidence that SPAC was here was two new units outside, and a new thermostat.

The quote was comprehensive, complete, and at no time was I urged in to buying what I didn't need. Justin even had multiple options for differing price points.

SPAC is the only company I would ever reccomend.

So let me preface this by saying they didn't come out to do any services for me, BUT I called asking questions after I had already paid a different company to make sure what I was being told by them was correct. They were very friendly and oh so helpful and put me and my needs first even if they weren't getting money from me. Next time we have any issues I will be going to these guys, hands down.

Sam Pickren has done HVAC work for my home, as well as multiple rentals that our family maintains. Over many years, they have always provided honest, prompt, and excellent service. Each one of the guys, and girl, that work there are polite, considerate, timely, respectful and seem to truly care about their work. They have done routine maintenance and emergency repairs on my rentals and I have never had to call them back. They've installed new duct-work underneath a home with no grumbling, just smiles and professionalism. I took a long time to build a new home and they installed piping in the walls and purchased and stored my mini-splits without any down payment. I was told payment wasn't expected until the job was complete. That's trusting!

Justin has looked at jobs in the middle of thunderstorms to give me an estimate, gone out of his way to check on vandalized units and is always there to get his crew familiar with the job. Everyone who works at Pickren seems to create a well functioning team.

After an entire year of wrestling with Home Warranty service techs, and our AC units still did not work, we settled on Sam Pickren for a new install and repairs for another of our systems. We have had a wonderful experience with each and every person working on our home. I give SPAC an unqualified 5-stars! Great value, quality workmanship... and fine people.
