I hardly ever leave reviews but had to leave one today. Kelvin was very knowledgeable about the issue and he arrived earlier than expected. We didn’t feel pressure to continue with the service but thanks to his knowledge we decided to go with it and very happy we did. He did a great great greatttt job! Because of Kelvin we will definitely without a doubt use Snyder again!

I’m very satisfied with Snyder and the technician that did the job. He showed up early and did the work and was very quiet I didn’t even know he was here. I was writing a text message letting him know that he can just start the job without talking to me because I was working at home and couldn’t take the time to talk to him and if he needed to talk to him my break is in a couple hours and I just sent the message and he walked in the door and said he was finished

I was impressed and the price was reasonable and because of his professionalism I will be contacting Snyder to get a AC check up.
I’ve never had to deal with plumbers and dreaded getting an estimate because I figured it without be outrageous but the price was so good I didn’t hesitate to hire them

I called Thursday evening because I had no hot water and Friday morning Mark came and found my timer wires needed to be replaced. I appreciated the 3 options given to get my hot water working again instead of just one. Mark was knowledgeable and professional and so patient with all my questions. I now see why y’all have such great reviews. It is so refreshing to do business with a company with integrity.

Several tech's came over to remove and replace a whole house dehumidifier. All three were professional and friendly. Lead installer Russell made sure the install was done to our satisfaction while being friendly and courteous.

I was very pleased with Rain and his team. They arrived promptly by 9 a.m. worked steady until job was complete. They were all very courteous and professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

The employee came to our home to perform plumbing repair. He did not bring towels or buckets and made a complete water mess in our kitchen. So much so that our laminate wood floor is now buckling because he had so much water on the floor. He was also supposed to perform maintenance on two toilets. We never let him touch the 2nd one because when he went to repair the 1st one, he had to use the garbage can in our bathroom for water and left a mess on the floor. My husband talked to the owner that night and he said he would send guys back to the house the next morning. They didn't show up until early afternoon and were as untrained as the first man they sent. Not only will we NEVER recommend Snyder, but we will be sure to tell everyone we know to use anyone but this company.

Hired Snyder Electric to replace my breaker box and install surge protector for A/C compressor and the whole house. Everyone was spot on and very professional. I did not feel hesitant or apprehensive about my decision to hire Snyder at any time. It was great working with Tyler, the electrician. He was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with us. I would definitely recommend Snyder and use them again.

My start capacitor in my a/c unit went out. I called Snyder to have a technician come out ASAP. They were able to send a technician the very next morning. It was a Saturday so I had to pay extra, which is understandable. Once the technician came out he ran a diagnostic on the unit and confirmed that it was indeed the start capacitor. He then told me that there was nothing he could do, and then disabled my unit via the breaker outside. He then spent the next 30 minutes standing in my hot apartment trying to sell me an extremely overpriced unit and handler. I was quoted $10,000 for a 1.5 ton unit. After he was finished I said I would think about it and basically paid him to leave. I ordered my own start capacitor online for $50 and had the unit running strong. I then submitted a complaint through Snyder and disputed the charge with my credit card. Fast forward two and a half months later, I get a call from the VP who tells me I have a balance due and will be sent to collections if I don’t pay. I call the Snyder helpline and they so graciously knock off $100 but insist that I still have to pay because the technician ran a diagnostic test. In the past I had great service from Snyder, when they replaced my capacitor the first time but I will not use their service again.

We've used Snyder for HVAC maintenance as well as a plumbing repair. The techs have all been very personable and professional. The scheduling staff have also been helpful in getting someone out to us within a week (or less!). All around positive experience thus far and we'll be sticking with Snyder for the foreseeable future.

Joe was extremely quick to find the issue and resolved it within 30 min of arriving. I highly recommend Snyder’s for their reliability and their quick action in every project we’ve used them for.
