Frank was prompt & very professional. Answered my questions & explained what he was doing & observing with his guages & checks of my AC equipment. Strongly recommend Turner for your AC needs. Their semi-annual PMS is outstanding.

Had an issue with our AC unit that needed to be inspected while we were selling our house. The first technician was awesome but couldn’t find the issue. After some discussion, Turner brothers asked if they could send another technician out to get a 2nd look, for free. Frank Newman came out and was about to find and fix the issue. Both technicians were great and everyone was so kind and patient with us while we were trying to resolve the issue

We had been having issues with our AC not working correctly and had no clue what it could be. Thanks to Frank we were able to figure out what the issue was and exactly what needed to be done to fix it. Very upfront with pricing and made suggestions based on what we as the customers wanted. Never did he try to upsell us on anything extra or unnecessary, he explained everything as we were having the repairs done and was able to walk us through what each part did if we had questions. Very professional service, not only are they good at what they do but they are respectful.

Turner Brothers were fast, efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable. Jeremy was “spot on”, proficient and kept me informed. All for a fair price! I highly recommend Turner Brothers!!

Jeremy came out on the fourth and immediately got to work. He was very nice, very informative and efficient with not only his time but my own. He fixed our issue and explained everything to me. It was a great experience and we will forsure be returning customers to Turner Brothers!

Still waiting on the final outcome ... waiting on a part.
However, thus far, everyone we have dealt with has been very friendly and professional and I'm confident the final outcome will be positive.

Update: Our problem has actually not been fixed. Our ac is blowing hot air once again.

I hope these guys will be able to fix the problem permanently or direct us to someone that can.

Five star service! Very professional! When the technician came out to my house, the inside temperature was 81 degrees. I left for work, and when I came back home from work. I had walked into an ice box. Thank you, Tyree! You have done a great job.
