Turner Bros has been my HVAC service company for 18 years and I recently referred them to my son and wife’s cousin which is always a gamble. Both were very satisfied with the professionalism of Kris and in both homes remedial work was done to optimize efficiency. And in both cases the on time calls were scheduled by Tiffany
who understands and perfects customer service without a glitch. Now I will be calling soon to schedule my preventative maintenance and look forward to talking to Tiffany again!

Eric arrived exactly when promised and quickly diagnosed the issue with our Air Conditioner. We were back up and running in no time. He and his assistant were professional and courteous. Thanks!!

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff and they were very easy to work with. We had our entire AC unit replaced and Turner Brothers did a great job from start to finish. Our unit completely died, they were very responsive and even dismantled the old unit and finished replacing the new unit sooner than we expected. If you can imagine the trust needed in a location where we rely heavily upon AC this is a recommendation that I understand holds a lot of weight. I highly recommend Turner Brothers.

Super impressed with Turner Brothers! The local competition on St Simons Island had told me it would be 2 weeks before they could get to me and when I said I was going to look at some alternatives first they said “GOOD LUCK SIR.” I called Turner Bros and they scheduled me for next day service!! Good luck indeed! Eric the technician that serviced my HVAC was professional and great to work with. He fixed the issue and told me how to avoid it in the future. I would highly recommend these guys and it’s the only HVAC company I will be using from now on!

I hired them to install a new HVAC unit in my house on Saint Simons. The price was pretty good the service was on time and quick. And even though I’ve had one service call to correct an installation error (clogged drain line), I’m pretty happy overall.

Had an A/C issue and Turner Bros. Got the part I needed and installed it within 24 hours. Corey was easy to work with and Amanda did a great job with the install and answering all of my questions. Great service!

Attempted to use Turner Brothers for AC repair. The tech came out and found the problem. We were given a quote of over $1,400 with a note that said if we were part of their subscription plan it would have been over $200 less. This didn't sit well with me so I asked for an itemized list of costs. They sent it after a couple of days. The cost didn't add up to what they were asking. I reached back out to get more info and they completely quit responding. I have since gotten a second quote which is much less than what Turner quoted and was able to get all my questions answered. I suggest looking elsewhere if you want transparent prices and decent customer service.

Kris was very polite and very tolerant of my puppy. Overall great experience.

Frank Newman was absolutely top notch. His professionalism and willingness to take the time to teach and explain the hvac system is unmatchable. Thanks Frank and Turner Brothers for their awesome service.
