My heating system throwing the breaker was not an easy problem to diagnose but Frank, to his great credit, stuck with it until he was at least able to do a temporary fix until a replacement part can be installed. I’m so impressed with the wayTurner Bros stands behind their service and by Frank’s professionalism and diligence.

Their response was almost immediate after my call.their representative went to work immediately and found that a switch had popped itself.
It wasn’t anything serious but it made a very hot old lady’s day

Showed up on time and gave me a couple options with my duct work. Now I’m just waiting on the final quote for work. Looking forward to seeing what they come up with as the technician they sent out seemed very knowledgeable.

Update, gave me a quote that was not cheaper than everyone. It was in the middle. But I chose turner because they didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. I got 4 quotes and everyone but turner tried to sell me a complete system. The technician from turner said my unit was fine just needed ducting since it was old and broken. They came out and quoted 3 days. They were done in 2 days and my house is finally comfortable. Only had one small incident where a foot went through my roof and they quickly patched it. I have no complaints. And will be using them again when it comes time to change my unit. In short Brian and the guys were awesome.

We lost our AC to a lightning strike over a weekend. Turner Bros. was there the next Monday to give us an estimate and it was installed in a few days. The whole team was polite and courteous. Jeremy did a great job installing the unit and was professional at all times.

Tiffany was very professional doing her assessment this morning. She answered all my questions, what I feel was quiet honestly. She supplied me with the quote for service.

With the *scorchingly hot* summer days we’ve had recently, I decided to start a routine maintenance schedule on our AC unit to ensure it stays in tip top shape…even though it’s a new unit in a new home. With their maintenance plan, Turner’s comes out twice a year to make sure your system is clean and everything is running the way it should. Frank was our technician, and we couldn’t be more pleased with his service! Frank was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor! I look forward to their next visit, where we’ll hopefully get another good HVAC report!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
