Called this morning for a non emergent issue - they fit us in this afternoon! Service was top notch from the initial phone call through Jeremy’s service at our home. He took photos and explained what he did, and how to prevent this issue going forward. Very impressed. Will be using Turner for all of our heating/cooling needs going forward. Thank you.

He was polite, friendly and was thorough & efficient in his complete system check.
Cornelius explained how our system was performing and ensured any questions we had were answered before leaving.

Turner Brothers Heating & Air came to our home the same day we called. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and on time! Very happy with their service and will call again in the future. Highly recommend!

Our AC unexpectedly stopped working and I was able to get an appointment the very next day. Our install happened 2 days after that appointment BUT they really went above and beyond and ensured that if we needed anything or the house started getting hot, that they would help us with some window units to help keep the temperature down until the install, especially because we have two young kids!

Between our initial appointment with Mike (who literally followed up with us the next day to ensure we were contacted by the company to get the ball rolling because he knew we wanted to get this done asap. SUCH great customer service from him) and then our install with Damon and the rest of the crew (everyone was professional and did such a great job with the install!), we were also contacted by Chelsea and Tiffany with (financing and administration) to ensure that our quote only included everything that `we needed and nothing more, nothing less.

Finally, after the install, Frank came by with an information binder to ensure that we were well educated on the warranty, benefits, the quote, the service that was done, maintenance information, etc. They didn't just install and say, "bye call if something goes wrong." They followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the new install and check in to see how it was working for us.

I would 1000000% recommend this company. Anybody can do an install for you but what separates this company from the others is that they genuinely care about you. Excellent customer service, professionalism, punctuality, above and beyond communication, and ownership to make it right if something isn't right. No one wants to spend money on a new install or a repair, but if it has to be done, for the amount that it can cost, it's worth it knowing I'll be fully taken care of at Turner Brother's Heating and Air!

Tyre was an excellent technician and very thorough. He figured out the problem quickly and provided next steps. Great customer service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company.

Today was our first time using Turner Brothers and we will not be going anywhere else. I sent a message Thursday evening and they called within 30 minutes and had us scheduled immediately. Frank Newman Jr. was our tech and he was great. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. He had us up and running within an hour of him arriving. Thanks for the great work!

Frank came out and helped us so much! My house was nearly at 80 degrees and he fixed it on the spot. He was great with explaining everything to me so I could better understand what was going on. He was so nice and friendly. Overall great experience. Thank you Frank!!

Turner Brothers is the very best!!! They know what they are doing!! They always call before their appointment to let us know when they will be here. The are very nice and courteous! They perform the inspections flawlessly!! They installed three heat pumps in our home 2 years ago and went above and beyond for us! I highly recommend them to everyone!!

I absolutely love that the company is now sending a pic of the tech who is showing up to your house! Makes me feel like my family's safety is valued. They are always prompt...if not early, always calling first to make sure its ok. They are thorough and thoughtful and very polite. The techs listen to everything i have to be concerned about. Def recommend their services
