Excellent Customer service, Ms.Connie calls with updates so you’re not waiting around wondering when the technician is going to show up. I called on a Saturday morning and Whit was here within 3 hours and replaced the part in 30 minutes. Excellent customer service!!! Will definitely become a regular customer. Thank you!

I am a dual military household and dealt with Pro Air Heating & Cooling during a critical time in our lives. Although I received several quotes for a new AC unit from other companies, Brandon understood our issues and found several solutions to getting our AC fixed and made it affordable to our family. He even went as far as speaking with my Insurance company in order to explain the issue to the AC and they sent us a check that day to cover the AC. If you want to be taken care of and know that you are getting quality professional service that will go above and beyond then use Pro Air H&C. I cannot give them more praise they deserve 10 stars in my eyes, I am forever grateful to their genuine care for people.

Called them in the morning and they came out same day for no extra cost. He knew quickly what the problem was and got my AC going in no time and the cost was way cheaper than I was expecting. He then did a cleaning and a freon charge for no cost. I will use them for all my AC needs and set up a maintenance plan with them as my AC is running better than it has in months. Actually had to turn the thermostat up because we were freezing!

I needed a part for my air condition. While typically they don’t sell parts Loren I believe at the customer desk was extremely kind, asked one of the folks to get me the part and I had it that evening. Went above and beyond. Part was certainly more expensive but the help was much appreciated. Thanks Pro Air. I will use your service next time when it’s needed. Glad you were flexible!
