Wonderful and beyond professional. The owner makes sure that customers and potential customers are taken care of. They were on time, explained everything to me, and apologized for a previous mishap. My AC is blowing refreshing cold air and they have gone out of their way to make sure that happened. 100% recommend this company.

My A/C went out sometime during the night. I called Pro Air first thing in the morning and they sent Josh out the same day. He diagnosed the problem and immediately fixed it. I'll always call this company when something is wrong with our HVAC. Yesterday our ac fan motor went out after hours I called and not even five minutes later got a call back, twenty minutes later Jason's pulling in the driveway accessing the situation and going over everything with my husband as I'm currently in the hospital. Everything was fixed and I know my husband and dogs will be much happier in a cooler home.

Brandon was very professional from the moment he came by to do our initial evaluation. He took the time to explain what was going on and what options we had available to us. We had a home inspection completed as part of the sale of our home. Following the receipt of the report— we needed a technician to assess our system for a possible concern.

We called Pro Air and Brandon, the owner, came to our residence to review both units.

He did a thorough inspection in a professional manner, courteously, humbly and respectfully. He fully explained the procedure and the outcome for both units. He determined that there was no concern for either unit.

We provided the The Statement to the buyers and to their agent. They insisted on a follow up reinspection 2 days before closing. Their HVAC person came for that and he concluded a very different opinion and we called Brandon.

He graciously offered to come back to our home to fully explain the measures he took to determine his professional opinion.

He spent over an hour conducting another pressure test and throughout, he detailed the reasons each instrument is used, what the measurements Indicate and answered every question presented with patience and respect.

The buyers/agent left in disbelief. Thus, an independent reinspection was ordered and completed. That HVAC company did an inspection: they quickly determined and agreed with Brandon’s professional and sincere assessment: System is functioning properly and there are No issues, No leaks, No problems.

Brandon went over and above what is expected! He spent time, effort and resources to return to our home to not only assist us, but also to explain to the buyers his work... on video! What a wonderful, kind, honest and professional person. He is superb in every way.

The service was great. Showed up on time. Professional and well done. Took the extra time to diagnose my heating while doing regular maintenance on the AC.

Miss Connie set up our appointment and was not only very professional but pleasingly courteous as well; which is hard to find these days. The service tech Dylan was right on time and very personable. He thoroughly investigated our issue and took the time to explain what was going on without making us feel like he was rushed. He was also able to answer all of our questions.

I have used Pro Air a few times now and EVERY time has been a great experience! They have great response time, they have always provided exceptional service, and it always helps when the price is fair! I would def recommend them if someone asked me who to use,especially since they are small business owned!
