Pro Air Heating & Cooling

I had annual maintenance service done on my a/c unit and they were professional, timely and helpful. They informed me of an alternative filter called Aprilaire that is replaced annually and extends the life of my a/c unit. I elected to have this installed, and the installation went smoothly. Looking forward to not having to change my filters for 6-12 months!

I had Pro Air Heating and cooling give me an estimate along with another company. Pro Air had a better price but the main reason I went with them was due to Jason. He was professional, answered all of my questions and even my dogs liked him. Jason has been on time both visits and they call when they are on their way. I'm getting a complete new system next week.

Our air conditioner went out during the storm last night. I called today and they had someone come out within the hour. He was a very considerate, knowledgeable and helpful person. I would recommend Pro Air to everyone. 5 star *****

Steven, the service technician was pleasant, professional, and able to diagnose/troubleshoot the low voltage wire short problem that we were having causing our A.C./Heating unit to not turn on and work properly. Problem solved with his patience, persistence and experience!!

Son is new home owner to area. We found an issue with the A/C and called based of Google reviews and we were extremely satisfied with the professionalism from first phone contact through the service contact and repair. Learned a lot about the operation of the unit and it’s upkeep for this region. Highly recommend!

My a/c started blowing hot air last night. I had to find an a/c repair company first thing this morning. Called a friend , couldn’t get any service right now,so I checked out the local companies. Chose the first one with five stars (customer satisfaction) there were able to get to me the same day, This impressed me! Tech came out and diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it. Didn’t take long and I was back in business. I now know why they are rated a 5* company. A G

Prompt-Professional-Precis!!! I believe that I received the best, reasonably priced service money can buy! Jason was my service technician and he went above and beyond to ensure that I was given excellent service! He made me aware of the "what", the "how" and the "why" when he performed and completed my diagnostic check. He answered and explained every question I asked. He was professional and knowledgeable of the job that needed to be done. When he returned to perform the repair and maintenance, he communicated with my home warranty service provider and started work promptly and finished in a timely manner! I'd also like to commend Logan who was equally professional and responsive to my urgent need of help. I'd certainly recommend their services to any homeowner or business.
