Pro Air installed my AC and they do all of my maintenance and routine servicing. They are excellent and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’ve always been professional, fair, and honest.

My daughter's air system was not cooling her house so I called after hours at Pro Air with prompt service within the hour. Steven was professional and he answered all of our questions and concerns . He was able to pin point the problems did a temporary fix with recommendation for a leak check at a later time. I would recommend this company for their great service.

I called on a Friday evening after 5 expecting to leave a voicemail in order for someone to call me on Monday. There was no answer but someone actually called me back almost immediately. I was scheduled for the following morning and the tech showed up on time. He was professional, personable, and quickly made the repair. Afterwards he answered a few questions I had about maintenance and didn't try to upsell me on anything like most pros do these days. The entire process with Pro Air from start to finish was quick and easy.

We absolutely love this company and can't say enough good things about Brandon and his team! Our AC went out at 7 pm Monday night and we received same day service... at 9:30! Luke was professional, extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get us cooled! Thanks, Luke!!

When something goes wrong, you want the problem to be fixed. You search the internet or maybe ask friends who you should use. And ultimately, you don’t want to be taken advantage of. Pro Air heating and cooling is my first choice for all of my A/C issues. I’ve lived in Springfield for 9 years and have used other businesses before finding Pro Air. I will never use anyone else. They identify the problem, tell you how much it will cost, and then fix it. They are thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. They are the heating and air company you’ve been searching for!

Something has changed. I feel that I wasted $309.00 for a check up. The tech threw the company's own work under the bus. I will not call them back. I have heard they have been sold.

We needed a second opinion on our Air Conditioner repair. They promptly replied and showed up on time. Service man was very professional and we received a quote same day. While we still have not determined what we might do - this company will certainly be considered.

We had a great experience with Pro Air. We called in for service, and they got us scheduled quickly, the tech came out to identify the issue (one room wasn’t cooling) and was able to assess and advise on the problem. It was repaired a week later! The repair was affordable, the tech was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
