Pro Air Heating & Cooling

A/C went out on a Saturday afternoon. Called and left a message. Return call from them at 3:30p.m. Scheduled an appointment for 6p.m. - 8p.m. Jason showed up early, solved the issue, saved us from the south Georgia heat, and fixed our A/C! Great job! Will use them as needed and recommend them to everyone!!!!

My rental home had an AC issue in the evening and Pro Air had a tech out that same night. He diagnosed and repaired it quickly at a very fair price. Great communication from their team as well. Happy landlord, happy tenant.

UPDATE: 8/20/2019 After posting my original review, I received a phone call from Pro Air's owner, Brandon. He was super apologetic over everything that happened last year. He wanted to get someone out to do a quality check and extend one of our warranties. This morning Brandon and Whit came out to do the QC and some maintenance. They were both very professional and wanted me, as a customer, to be satisfied with their company and services. I definitely should have called last year when everything was going on and I do believe it would have been taken care of right away. Meeting with the owner and speaking with him made me greatly appreciate this company's work ethic. I understand no business is perfect but the response to criticism is very important.Thank you so much!

Original Review: This review is late but I do think it is needed. Last summer my AC decided to start causing problems. I called these guys because they had such great reviews so, why not? I had an appointed time for like the next day around 11 or so. They didn’t show up and I called multiple times. I was stuck at home waiting on someone that was not coming at the time I was given. Finally my sister ended up calling on my behalf because I had a feeling they were tired of hearing from me. It turned out the guy who was going to come by was stuck at another job. That was fine but they kept saying it would be this time instead and it just kept changing. Someone showed up around 4pm and let me know what was wrong. I decided to go ahead and get a quote from them and sign the papers to have a new unit installed (I really should have been patient and called someone else BUT I had 3 small kids and a husband who had just been deployed so I did not feel like waiting). I was told after the installation someone would come do a quality check 2 weeks after. I never got that quality check and maybe I should have called about that. They did a fine job with the installation. The one issue is how messy they were. There was literally no clean up in our attic. We are still finding cut wires, tape, and other materials that were not there before.

Our heat went out early this morning. We called Pro Air first thing in the morning and they said they would be out before 12. They were here definitely before noon, worked professionally, were honest and told us what we needed. They did a great job in explaining the situation. We would recommend Pro Air any time and we plan on using them again.

I only use Pro Air H & C. They are very responsive, always arrive early and the time frame promised. Work is completed in a timely fashion and technicians are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I highly recommend Pro Air.

I bought an older home in March 2019, and quickly found out that the original, 28-year-old, air-conditioning units were not effective any longer and needed replacement.
Slightly daunted by this rather large and expensive project, I was interested in finding a quality contractor who would perform well throughout the entire process from consultation to final start-up of the new systems.
I contacted ProAir as they are local to my home town and provide a professional image through proper vehicles and internet presence. Already during my first call, I had the feeling of being in good hands. Connie, the nice lady on the phone, made very accommodating arrangements for the solutions consultation, and soon thereafter I met with Brandon, the owner. After a thorough review of my current setup and proper consultation about my options, I selected the systems that best fit my home and budget, and after a down-payment, the process was in motion.
Just one week later, the installation began on time, with three technicians on site and Brandon providing the job briefing. I was nothing short of impressed with the team’s work ethic, their care for my home and furniture, and their courtesy toward me. The team worked until everything was installed, and all systems worked as intended. Within one day, the installation was complete, and the units up and running.
Once I was fully satisfied, the final outstanding amount was due, but even when I had another request for an adjustment one week later, it was handled swiftly and at no additional charge.

I cannot express more how satisfied I am with my new systems and the installation. The professionalism and service that I received during the entire process was outstanding! Well done ProAir!

Two Service calls and they have came out same day! We are having a new unit installed this coming week and we anticipate nothing but wonderful things from these guys. They have went above and beyond to make this a smooth process for us. Thanks again for all you have done!

This is the second time I've had Pro Air come out to my home and both times were fantastic experiences.

First time was to troubleshoot heat that wasn't shutting off. I contacted them and the owner personally came out that same afternoon and within a few minutes determined it was a faulty thermostat. Contacted the manufacturer and they replaced the thermostat free of charge.

Second time I had installed flooring in the attic for additional storage and needed the ducting rerouted to maximize the space and then wanted to add a couple vents to the garage ceiling. From coming out for a quote to completion of the job, the experience was flawless and I'll be using Pro Air again if/when my a/c unit dies (it's old and on it's last leg). I'd highly recommend to my family and friends.

I had Pro Air come out to perform a maintenance and service my air conditioner. The technician was knowledgeable and explained how to properly maintain the system between their visits. I appreciated this, as it was great information. It sure was a nice change to have a company that wishes to help educate their customers.
