Calling Pro Air Heating & Cooling was the best experience we've ever had their customer service was very friendly, and very helpful while explaining our situation with our ac customer service representative made us feel very comfortable while explaining the options we had, and on the day of the appointment the Technician who came was not only on time but was very honest and explained every detail on point, we would definitely call Pro Air Heating & Cooling whenever a situation with our ac arises again. We recommend them 100% we appreciate they're amazing work!!

Excellent company. I was very impressed with their knowledge of my system, the young men who did such a quality job. Their courtesy, and professionalism shown at all times. We have used Pro Air for all of our HVAC needs, for many years. They have been unfailingly professional, reliable, and fairly priced. It gives us great peace of mind to know that they are here in Rincon, and just a phone call away if we need them. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

My AC stopped running and I called on a Friday afternoon. Two hours later a technician showed up and made the repair. Great response time, had the part on the truck even. The tech was great also, showing me the obviously bad part and checked it all out. My second good experience with this business.

We were very lucky to find someone who could come out the same evening my AC went out in the August heat. The gentleman who came to the house was professional, knowledgeable, timely (came earlier rather than later) and was able to fix my AC that night. I signed up for a maintenance agreement, as we are very pleased to continue to do business with ProAir for all of our HVAC needs. We want to stay on top of things so not to have another issue.

My AC stopped working one night. I called Pro Air and they fit me in the very next day. The lady I talked to on the phone, I believe her name is Lindsay, was absolutely awesome. So answered the hundreds of questions I had. The technician called to tell me the diagnosis and was very knowledgeable and also answered all my questions. Overall had a great experience, will use them in the future and recommend them to others

I called Brandon with my problem and he diagnosed the situation over the phone, ordered the part I needed and within two business days had everything back up and running again! The customer service was very professional and I will definitely call on Pro Air to do any future HVAC work for me.

Aug 1, 2020 I bougt ProAirs Platinum Plan. Unit was to be serviced every 6 months automatically.
July 2, 2021 I realized that they had not come back out. When I called I spoke with what sounded a very young girl. Yes she did see where they owed us service.
Why did no one call and set it up? Her reply was that she was new first of the year and is behind. REALLY!!!
Had I not called we would have just lost our $$. I do not feel that I should have to do the office personals job. 6 months is a bit more than behind.

I do not recommend this company if you are looking for someone to stay on top of things. I'm to busy and old to be doing their job also.

I would highly recommend ProAir to everyone with AC or Heating problems. Jason the technician was very nice and professional. He fixed our problem quickly. My husband and I
decided to purchase the yearly maintenace package that the company offers. We have used ProAir before and as always fast and efficient services.
