ProAir recently did HVAC maintenance and installed a RemiHalo system. About 2.5 years ago ProAir installed a ductless system for my bonus room. There was a problem with the computer system of the model they installed and they worked diligently to get it fixed, in the middle of Covid lockdown and supply shortages. The technicians are delightful, always come on time, and do a great job.

We always call on Pro Air to give the best service. They just installed a new ac unit for our second story and spent most of the day in the attic in the middle of July. Not a job for the faint of heart or the inexperienced. They have very knowledgeable employees who are super professional and courteous. Pro Air gives our family peace of mind because they are a phone call away and are always on time, always get the job done, and they do it all for a fair price. You won’t be disappointed if you’re looking for a local HVAC company that will go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy.

Excellent response to call for help! They checked our AC warranty and was able order and replace our compressor for us! Very professional and prompt service. Josh was knowledgeable and Sara was extremely helpful and prompt with responses!

Very quick response when my AC went out in July. The owner, Brandon Carter, came to my home and was able to get it running same day. Although my unit is very old he did not try to push the sale of a new unit (a purchase I am not quite ready to make) and instead made an honest repair. I felt he was truthful about what needed to be done and did not try to tack on extra costs. Very genuine and knowledgeable business owner! Will be using their services again.

Our ac stopped blowing cold air and needed to be refilled with refrigerant. They came out the same day took a look and didnt have the needed refrigerant so had to come back out the following day. Jason the technician was friendly and knowledgeable both days.When we had questions not only he but also the owner of the company called us personally to explain the cost of both the labor and materials.I would recommend their services.

From estimate to installation: great people, great service, and great pricing. We had a repair done on our unit and when an additional issue arose the next week they had someone out quickly to fix it. They truly went above and beyond to get our system working. You don't get that kind of quality service and professionalism at most places. We highly recommend them!

I received excellent service by a young man named Dylan! He was very knowledgeable and was willing to answer all my questions. He was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure My HVAC was working correctly. Not only did he do the repair, he checked to make sure my filters were all clean and that my thermostats were programmed properly. I highly recommend ProAir and Dylan!
