I received superior customer service, and I highly recommend them. I received same day service from very professional employees. I will definitely call them again if I need future repairs.
I promptly received a phone call from a very pleasant and professional agent who collected the necessary information and scheduled a window of time for the services on the same day. Received another phone call from the repair person, who was also polite and professional, asking if he could come earlier than scheduled. He identified the problem and called to discuss the needed repairs and the associated costs. After giving him permission to proceed, he promptly made the repairs and double-checked the system to ensure that it was working properly. He called back to collect the payment and immediately emailed a detailed invoice.

I have used pro air since 2019 and so far every experience has been great. The office will call you back quickly, and the technicians have been thorough and welcome any questions. I signed up for a maintenance plan, which gives you 2 maintenance calls in a 12 month period and a discount on any parts that are needed if something comes up! Brandon came the first time back in 2019 and replaced my contactor, and Josh came out this time and diagnosed a faulty transformer. The company is great, and I highly recommend!

If there was a zero that's what I'd give them. Came to my house and did 250 dollars of work THEN told my wife it would be another 5 to 600 dollars for them to come back and do it the right way! What!!??! The owner (I think) called me and wanted to rectify the problem and would call me the next day. That was a week and a half ago. Haven't heard from him again. I would never recommend this company to anyone.....

A few days ago I called asking for quotes to replace my geothermal system because of a previous diagnosis. Brandon Carter came within an hour and assured me he wanted to make sure I received all the information necessary to ensure I was well informed before making a decision. He made sure I was educated and was also very honest concerning my current issue with my system. After hearing the advice I was given to replace my system, he went to do a quick check, made a call, and determined I didn't need to replace my system after all but that it could be repaired. I really appreciate his honesty and willingness to help me regardless if he made a sell or not. Although he wasn't able to repair my system, he gave me contacts of reputable companies that could get me up and running again. I'm so appreciative of what he did for me! Thank you so much Brian! I recommend this company! Honesty, professionalism, and great customer service!

Pro Air technicians were very professional, installed a heating and cooling system. inspected my duct work, some needed work some were fine.
Price was a little higher than most but you get what you pay for. They are willing to work with you on payments, how many people you know in these times can pay cash for anything. Overall they are a very good company. Warranty is good, I had an issue and they responded within the hour at no charge. I believe they will continue to provide great service, if they do not I will let you know.

Called Pro Air on 06-2-2022 and spoke to Connie about getting A/C checked. Just so happened she was able to get someone out that day. Dillon showed up and was very professional from the get go. After asking a few questions about what was going on he explained what he was going to do and in no time he had found a leak. He all so checked a few other things and in about an hour an half we had our A/C back to working. Thanks Connie and Dillon. Will be using them again when anything else pops up.

I found this company through a Google search and based on all the positive reviews I called and am so thankful I did. Of course my HVAC broke on a holiday weekend and I wasn’t even sure I could find anyone reliable and affordable. ProAir called me right back and the technician arrived right on time and correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem in minutes. The tech was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He answered my questions thoroughly and the whole experience was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The technician arrived. Technician told me his company did not provide. R22 refrigerant. I never went up in the attic did not check the capacitor. But $89 for a service call. To tell me they don’t have r22 refrigerant.
