Absolutely great service!

Jason initially came out in a very timely manner! He was very caring and honest about the damage and repairs needed to get our Unit back up and running! He was honest about the process of repair and the quote for new units. We ended up agreeing that a new unit would be the best for my situation.

Then a few days later, John and Sylis came and installed my brand new beautiful upstairs unit. They were very swift and caring! They were nice to my 4 year old daughter and talked to us throughout the entire installation. Both gentleman were very nice, well mannered and very reputable.

The ladies at the office were very nice also and continued to reach out and keep me updated on the installation and further installation of new ducts.

I've very thankful for this company for getting our AC back up and running in a very timely manner ! I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any AC and or heating needs!

When my unit stopped working, I called Pro Air ... They were put same day within an hour of me calling. The technician was knowledgeable, polite, and very professional ... They had the part to fix my unit on their van and had me up and running in no time!
