Ryan was very thorough and took video of what problems he saw so he could explain it to me. He was very helpful and gave some tips to try to help with our unit until it could be repaired or replaced.
My air conditioner shut down when I pulled the old electric filter cage out to change the filter. I have two large extremely furry dogs that would not do well in the heat without a/c. I called the company and George arrived under 30 minutes. The electrical connection to the filter had broken and was unrepairable. However, to my surprise George said the problem was only a burned out fuse and that I could still run the a/c without the electrical plug- in filter. He changed the fuse, flushed out the system and my a/c started running just fine. George was friendly, professional and kind. The price was extremely reasonable too.
Finally had a AC Technician who truly knew what he was doing. He explained everything he did to me and worked hard to fix the problem. Will definitely recommend this company to others.Very happy customer.
