Brian came out this morning to fix an issue with my upstairs A/C not cooling. After careful consideration, he figured out the problem, installed a new thermostat, and I’m in business. He was very nice and professional and I also appreciated him wearing a mask inside my home. My family have been Dyess customers for over 20 years and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

8/25-Called with an AC system not working. David, who knows our systems well came same day, diagnosed the problem quickly, and has taken steps to get the necessary part as quickly as possible. when the part arrives he will return to repair the system.
8/28-David returned with a new blower motor, replaced the part, and tested the system to working order. Great job!

9/2 - Scheduled maintainance on both systems. As always, David was on time, thorough, checked inside and outside, gave me a thorough review of what he found and an idea of things to look at in his next full service and an idea of cost. He will return for quarterly service/review in December. I understand where things stand and he, as always, was professional.

Josh did an outstanding job in repairing our A/C. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, explained all the steps to us, and checked all the components of our A/C system in just 45 minutes. Nice to have a cool home again in this unbearable heat. We will contact Dyess Air again for our HVAC repairs and annual check-up.

George is a friendly, professional who knows his business well. He is thorough, yet efficient, and had our system humming again in about the same amount of time as it took for me to brew a cup of coffee.... I highly recommend his services!
