Josh came late evening. Diagnosed the problem quickly and was professional. Unfortunately we were told the day before that they would come out next day and we waited and called and didn't think they were still going to show up. A call during the day or rough estimate that it might be late evening would have been nice.
Patrick was very professional, friendly, and courteous. He made sure everything was working properly and did it very efficiently. And overall was just a really nice guy.
As always, Dyess Air sent a professional to do the maintenance on my unit. Brian, like all their other representatives was on time, personable, and thorough in his work. I couldn’t be more pleased.
Mario came in and whet right to the problem, which was the motor in the air handler unit. He analyzed the problem and explained to me every step of the way what he was doing and how he reached his conclusion. He'll be back to swap the part in a few days. I was very impressed with his knowledge and skill.

Mr Floyd, a senior service technician, was our “ go to” person whenever scheduled maintenance or non scheduled assistance was required. Thorough, technically first class and a kind person to boot, Mr Floyd went out of his way to take care of our systems. As we sold our home, we called on Dyess Air for final inspections and were pleased with their customer service. Again, Mr Floyd went out of his way to be “the” person to ensure all was well for the new owners. Five Star performance from a great team. And a special thanks to Mr Floyd!
Ryan replaced the evaporator coil to one of our Carrier Infinity units and clearly knew what he was doing. He is soft spoken, yet kept us informed throughout the process and completed the job in a few hours. Very pleased with his service. We finally have A/C going again in main part of home after 14 days plus being without during mid 90s temps. Coil was said by office to be on back order. Review submitted by Debra Kircher.
