Josh Holliday came to my house after hours and quickly and professionally addressed my AC issues. He explained about the Dyess maintenance program. I will follow up. Josh is amiable and very helpful. I felt that I'd made a friend. Dyess should clone Josh and send him on all repair jobs.

The Technician, Jose, is very professional. He called when he was at the location and was standing at my front door waiting. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions and concerns. I have used this company for numerous years and have always been very happy with their service. Jose is very knowledable and extremly professional regarding the service he provides.

The technician was professional and knowledgeable of his craft. He was able to find the problem and ordered the needed part. He took the time to explain what happened to the AC unit and how it would be repaired. He worked in ninety degree weather , yet he still took the time to cover and answer all questions and concerns. What an awesome technician!!

First I have to say that everyone I spoke to in the office to make an appointment were terrific. Really friendly and helpful. Josh was everything that hoped for, he was friendly, and such a pleasure to have in my home. He knew what the problem was right away and explained it to me in a way that I could understand
