    Love that I received a text with a photo of my tech before he arrived, eased all anxiety of allowing someone into my home. Floyd was professional and easy to talk with, he listened to my concerns and provided all my answers including prices for future services needs.

    The technician was supposed to arrive at 8AM for the call and he cane on time, put on his PPE and right right to work. Just as he was finishing up my home lost power but that was due to Dominion Energy’s with in the area. He checked on me, let me know everything was good and emailed my receipt. Very efficient.

    Dyess Air is the best HVAC company around. Our tech Harry was on time and even called to give us a heads up before his arrival, as we requested. He was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an HVAC company.

    Cooling fan quit unit would not blow cold air tech came onsite after normal hours he professionally trouble shot the system and determined the fan motor was at fault. He had parts on hand was able to replace the fan motor and returned the A/C to normal operations. I was very impressed

    Floyd would not give up until he figured out what the problem was with our AC unit. He figured out that we had a hairline crack in our coil that would only leak when the unit was running for long periods of time. Thank goodness for Floyd. We thought we were losing our minds because sometimes the unit was fine and other times it would drip constantly. Floyd was professional and tenacious when trying to solve this extremely hard to resolve problem. Thankfully the new parts are on their way! Thank you Dyess Air and Floyd! We stand by you and your excellent team!

    So disappointed. We called over the weekend for someone to come out to my elderly mother's home. We waited all day Sunday. We were quoted a price for the weekend service call and agreed to it. The guy told us they would call Sunday before coming out. NEVER got a phone call. Checked phone all day. Around lunch on Monday, we finally got a call. No apology or explanation. When we said we had gone ahead and called another company, Dyess said, "Okay." No concerns whatsoever. It's such a shame.

    I called Dyess and they were at my house within 30 minutes. Took another 30 mins and they fixed the issue. Super responsive and extremely professional. I will definitely call again if needed.
