Great guy showed up, Knew his stuff! He came, he saw, he fixed in a matter of minutes. Was a pleasure to work with them and will call them next time we run into a problem!!!

I recieved three quotes. Obviously Dyess Air provided the best. Not even comparable really. The third quote was literally twice as much, for the same system. Work was done on time. No amount of standing around was observed. Its not recommended but we've been blasting 68 degrees. After last summers cooking, we've decide to wait to control the electrical bill with a frugal setting.
Hindsight I wish I order the WiFi thermostat

Owned ac unit for 9 years had to have it re-gassed every other year at approx &200.00 , warranty runs out on parts so this year I was quoted 2000.00 To. $2500.00....,got price from another AC company on same size unit installed for $ 2800.00 so NO I’m not happy with DYESS and would recommend anyone wanting ac unit or repairs to go anywhere else..
