Dyess provided us with next day installation which was very much appreciated during a recent heat wave. Salesman pointed out the gas connection was not up to code on the old system and they would correct when they installed new HVAC. Installers didn't correct it. Salesman verified connection was not updated and made a note of it. He assured me it would be taken care of when Quality Control final inspection was done. Today when the quality control inspection was done 1.5 hours after the scheduled appointment the serviceman didn't have the gas connection part either because he didn't read his notes or the salesman didn't write the note on the file. My opinion is it was the former. Serviceman said it would be taken care of by the fall. Not what I was hoping to hear. I have mixed opinions on the service through today. In the long run time will tell. I have my fingers crossed. 1 or 2 days after my post Dyess Air's original install ers came back and worked approximately 1.5 Hrs replacing the gas connection, plenum, vent and sealing the system. They went above and beyond. I am more than satisfied with the final installation. It's always gratifying when there is a problem and the company promptly addresses the problem to the customer's satisfaction.
What a refreshing company! We called about A/C problem near the end of the day and within 15 minutes a tech was on the way! Ken was a pleasure to have in our house, extremely knowledgeable, and very efficient. Fixed us up and was on his way in under an hour! So happy we switched to Farmers!
Great company, have had to use them twice on my mini split AC system. Good communication, fast and friendly service. Have gone above our expectations to make us happy and cool. They live their motto...”earning customers for life.”
Very pleased with service. Floyd was very professtional and he explained what had happened to our heating and air. Unfortunately was was 11:30 p.m. when he was here and we certainly appreciated his coming. He was here at the time he said he would be here and he communicated with us to be sure he was at the correct residence before coming in. Thank you.
My daughter is there this week. She said he did a good job & said the electric breaker is too much power, I think, & so he ordered another one to replace it.

I have worked with Farmers/Dyess hvac for 25 years. Throughout the years they have been professional, efficient, and consistent. Since the company was merged into Dyess 3-4 years ago the bar has risen higher and new levels of professionalism and efficiency have been reached. I operate 3 oceanfront resort properties and when I have an issue, Farmers/Dyess resolves it in a manner that is transparent to the guest. You can’t ask more of a partner and I would recommend this vendor to anyone struggling to meet this criteria.
Mike was very friendly and made sure that we were set up to take advantage of all the features our Heating/AC was designed to provide. He took the time to explain all of the features and how to use them. I hope we get Mike for the next time we have the unit serviced.
Dave came on short notice on a blistering hot Friday afternoon in July to address a malfunction in one of the compressors. He stayed for over two hours. He determined that both the compressor and air handler needed to be replaced (they were 13 years old). Even though it wasn’t good news I know that he did his best. This is not the first time I have used Air. I trust their judgment.
Mike, the tech, was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He answered all of my questions and helped me understand my HVAC system. The office personnel were friendly and helpful. I had an excellent experience with this company and will use them again.
Dana, was very Knowledgeable He explained everything that he was doing. And he is asking us for a follow up Call to him this coming Friday; He wants to be sure the system is working ok This jester follow up Call is far above what most companies do I would recommend Dana and his entire company to others
