Russ did a great job of going over what was appropriate for our house and highlighting the options and advantages. He was extremely responsive and we were up and running in short order. The install team did a really smooth installation and they. have followed up to make sure that everything is in order. I expect to be with them for a long time.

I called for after hours service for our A/C that went out. It was about 90 degrees in our home. I have a contract with a company but they could not fit me in that evening. Dyess did though!! The tech kept me informed of his possible arrival time. When he arrived he was very professional and quickly found the problem and fixed it. The cost was much less than I anticipated given the situation. The tech even told me the part was a warranty item, which I had no ideal and saved me money!! I definitely recommended Dyess! Above and beyond service!!

Haved used them twice. Very professional and very quick service. Lighting took my AC out Friday night, called them Sat morning, tech who was actually the service manager was there around lunch, determined outside compressor was toast, new unit put in first thing Monday morning. I will never call anyone else. They earned my future business for sure. You cannot go wrong with these guys.

My husband was impressed from the first call when he was told the salesman would call him in 10 minutes and Josh called back in five. Then Angel and his crew was able to start the job early and finish within one day. It did take a while for them to come back and install the conversion kit but Harry did a fantastic job. Everyone was very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend their service.

James provided excellent and responsive service. Very professional and knowledgeable. Straight forward and fair pricing, no gimmicks. Product was in stock and ready for immediate installation. Everything installed and worked just as he stated. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with our thermostat during the night called them up the following morning and they sent a tech immediately. The tech Josh Holiday was amazing friendly and very knowledgeable. I want to thank Dyess for sending him out. When I need repairs and checkups I will definitely request for him to return.

John , was very polite, knowledgeable and competent. He is consistent with the experience I have had with all technicians from Dyess/ Farmer. For me this company is a keeper because they actually care about doing a good job. In this day and age that is not as easy to find as it once was.

Patrick arrived very promptly. Was very pleasant to interact with and went straight to work. Quickly located the culprit item, replaced part and had cool air moving in the house again minutes ! Very awesome as inside was climbing past 88 degrees. The lady that took my call was pleasant also. Nothing but great things to say about Dyess team responding to our needs!
