My husband and I have used Bartlett for years, and we are always pleased with the experience. Bartlett installed two units when our house was built in 1988, and they have continued to maintain those systems and their descendants (plus one more small unit in our bonus room) over the years.

We worked with George and crew on the comfort team and they were thorough in their recommendations, very reasonable in their pricing, timely with responses to our questions, and overall a pleasure to work with from beginning to end! On install day, Brent and Blake were wonderful. They did a superb job and had our house back to a comfortable temperature in no time. They cleaned up their work and helped me to understand my new equipment. I highly recommend this great family owned company!

Bartlett came out last year and repaired our system, and upon our request gave a reasonable quote for a replacement as ours was getting up there. We demurred last year, but contacted them again this year for an updated quote. They gave a good quote, explained all our questions, then just went away and let us decide, no pressure or harassment. After more research and other quotes, we went back to Bartlett and asked more questions that they answered honestly and to our satisfaction. Their quote stacked up without any back and forth, or without any "I can ask my manager about an additional discount".

Once we decided to install, they reached back out and set it up. The had two teams and both worked quickly and efficiently, and did a good job as far as I can tell. Obviously our experience with the new system is early, but it works well. Will be happy to use them again.

Only issue was communications was a bit lax when setting up the appointment and returning one of the calls about questions, though their normal person that handles that was out at the time. Once they realized they missed calling they apologized and made doubly sure that we were taken care of.

Bartlett heating and AC have been maintaining my HVAC system for several years and everything has been worry free. When my AC and furnace went out the last time it could not be repaired to last. Dusty from Bartlett came out to my house and helped me pick the best system for my house. The Carrier Infinity system was my best choice with a great price and efficiency. The Bartlett team showed up a few days later and worked perfectly together to get the air conditioning units and furnaces with duct work installed in a very quick time. Their professionalism, knowledge and efficiency was great. I am very happy.

Hired Bartlett after moving into my home and experiencing a power bill over $500. I had them come service my system as a part of a maintenance contract and it drastically improved the efficiency of my system. I have since made some upgrades to ductwork and filtration and the maintenance policy discount has helped me save on those projects.

Bo arrived promptly for appointment. He was very knowledgeable and explained details necessary for me to understand maintenance service options, and my air quality concerns due to allergies. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and chose air purifier and entered service contract with Bartlett. I feel confident with this company!

Terence was so amazing as is the rest of the Bartlett crew. The professionals who service our systems (Terence and Anthony) are always so polite, courteous, helpful, trustworthy and honest. We have twice yearly checkups and this service schedule has been so instrumental in keeping our home perfectly cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Bartlett!
