During a heat wave my AC unit just wasn't keeping up. My phone call to Bartlett was promptly answered and service was scheduled quickly.

Joshua came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very detailed in his explanation and I felt like I fully understood what was wrong with the unit and what needed to be fixed. He was very kind and answered all my questions.

I was surprised once I agreed, he stated he had to just go get the parts from his vehicle. I am so used to companies having to reschedule you so they can buy the right parts but he was prepared! It was awesome!

In two hours my AC was fixed and my family is comfortable during the hot Georgia weather.

Side note: I am signed up for their service package where they come out to maintain my units in the spring and fall. It was nice to see Joshua again. I like the small company feel where you know who's taking care of you.

We have used Bartlett for our HVAC needs for several years and the experience has always been top notch. Our most recent job was a complex job consisting of a new system installation, as well as repair of a second system. By the end of the day, three crews were on site to ensure the job was completed. It was wonderful to see the teamwork across all of these crews and the willingness of everyone to pitch in. This is a great company to work with and we will continue to do so in the future.
