We had 2 new HVAC units installed by Reliable Heating & Air 6 years ago and signed up for their maintenance plan. Our upstairs unit went out Thursday night, so I called Reliable to get someone out ASAP. I was told I'd have to wait until Monday. This was obviously unacceptable since it's over 90 degrees out. Friday morning, I called Bartlett and was told that they could have a technician out Friday night. The office staff was amazing. They even called before the office closed to let us know that the technician, Gene, would be out shortly. Gene came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. He also discovered that the previous company had installed the wrong size air conditioner filters. We immediately changed our maintenance plan over to Bartlett. Gene was great - friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We're hoping he'll be the technician that comes out to service our AC units in the future. 5 stars!!!!!

I have used Bartlett for more years then I can remember and have never had the slightest reason for criticism. From the office staff to the service tech, everyone I have ever dealt with has been courteous, professional and competent!

9 Aug 2022. The facts -
Technician, Joshua, showed up on time; diagnosed the problem, did the work in about 50 - 60 minutes. Replaced a blown capacitor made for a smaller condenser unit. A/c is working again. Everyone is happy. :) :)

The details - (A lot of good reasons why to call Bartlett.)
House built in 2004, with a complete Len Nox HVAC unit.
In 7/2008, our buying realtor called some HVAC company, and had the unit checked over (i.e new filters, etc., made it brand new) for us before we signed the papers, and moved in. :)

In 6/2017, the condenser fan was not spinning, no cool air from the vents. Another company, #$% HVAC, was called to diagnose the problem, tech (who looked competent) said original capacitor was blown and unit was out of refrigerant. Tech replaced the capacitor, charged the system, and cleaned the unit of leaves, pine needles. After two hours of quality, thorough work; we felt we had chosen a good company for future service/maintenance. :)

The Len Nox condenser is three point FIVE ton unit, tech from #$% HVAC had installed a capacitor made for a THREE ton unit. :(

Tommy from Bartlett Heating & Air was exceptional!! He was friendly, knowledgeable & thorough. I felt valued as a customer as he spent several hours at my home working to resolve my problem. Tommy answered my numerous questions and never made me feel like I was a burden or annoying him. He went above and beyond to help me understand the problem(s) with my system and the options available to me (and did not leave until the problem was resolved). Quality customer service can be hard to find these days, but not with Bartlett Heating & Air. I highly recommend this company and their service tech, Tommy!

Terence was great! I asked if he could install some of the last technician's recommendations to my heater (which I purchased separately) and he indicated that there was a charge. I was impressed and pleased about him being upfront with the labor charge. He told me everything that was going on with my AC unit after the check/tune up. He had a very positive attitude the entire time. However, I expected nothing less from Bartlett, as each technician that has come out has been positive and honest. I highly recommend them.

We were recommended Bartlett by our neighbors and were not disappointed—from the front office to the service technician, Tommy. Our furnace went out and we were able to get someone the same day. Unfortunately we needed a part that was not local, but they expedited it and came back as soon as it arrived; they went above and beyond. Billy recommended different solutions for our immediate problem as well as long-term maintenance. I felt that he was knowledgeable without trying to oversell or pressure. Definitely our go to company now!

Everyone from the office staff to the technician were very professional. Terrence was very friendly and presented the options for repair of our A/C units along with the costs. He was quick and professional and completed the job the same day. We also needed to replace a A/C and furnace. We received bids from other competitors but selected Bartlett. Product is top notch, installation is by Bartlett not subcontracted out and quick installation. Local company with responsive staff and same tech sent to do maintenance and repairs. I would highly recommend Bartlett Heating & Cooling.

I have used Bartlett at three different properties over the last 10+ years. The technicians and office staff are courteous and helpful. They have reasonable rates and are extremely trustworthy. We usually are not home when they perform service, and they have codes to get in the door, and they know to be careful about our cats. I would trust them and recommend them to anyone!

I always love working with Bartlett. The team in the office is always responsive and professional. Our service person was Terrance this time around. Terrance was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. It's always great to work with an expert.
Really appreciated his and the office's response to Covid and the social distancing measures in place. Thanks!
