I have Bartlett's maintenance program. Each time they come to perform maintenance, they call ahead, are usually early, are communicative and thoroughly explain any question that I have. They are trustworthy and give advice based on their professional knowledge. I do not feel like they push me to purchase anything unnecessarily, but make sure my HVAC system is working as best it can to hopefully prolong its already very long life. Thank you to Mitchell, and the entire staff for providing top-notch service each time you come to my home! I highly recommend Bartlett Heating & Cooling for your home!

From the lovely receptionist Mary Beth who eased my concerns and sympathized with me as a pregnant woman without AC in the Georgia summertime, to Josh who showed up quickly and got us up and running in no time. Trustworthy lovely humans, I couldn’t recommend them more.

Bartlett's website made it easy to schedule an appointment. Their technician, Jerry, called when he was on his way, arrived right at the beginning of the appointment window and went over everything in detail as he worked. I appreciated the information and his professionalism through some of the troubleshooting steps.

We hired Bartlett to do our yearly maintenance and they were extremely thorough. The technician Jerry really took his time and did an excellent inspection, complete with pictures of the insides of our HVAC units. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys.

After receiving poor customer service from another HVAC company, my neighbor recommended Bartlett and it was absolutely the right call. I had a feeling this experience would go well. When I called and Karen answered who does not work in scheduling but took the opportunity to schedule my appointment anyway. 2 days later Tommy arrived ahead of time which is always a great thing. Again, I knew it would go well when he walked in and spoke to me, my son, and my daughter (the little things). I mentioned to him that I had another company evaluate my system and told him what it was. Instead of relying on that he diagnosed the problem himself and the previous company was dead wrong! The previous company told me I needed nearly $3K in parts and updates just to get my A/C going. He called out several missteps from the prior company and their inaccurate diagnosis. He was not trashing the other company, but call out their exaggerations in a professional manner. Again, another positive sign that he let his work do the talking. Tommy let me look over his shoulder and educated me about my system. The sign of a professional and someone who values the customer's experience. Tommy is a true professional and great person to work with. I hope my system doesn't go down again, but if it does, I'm calling Bartlett and I'm asking for Tommy, but I'm confident all the techs and office personnel like Karen are just as great. I also signed up for the maintenance agreement as well, because when you find a service provider that's great, you stick with it. Well done! Tommy gets 5 STARs and some more if I could.

The BEST customer service I have had in a LONG time. Bartlett is locally owned and operated. Their technicians, salesmen, and customer service reps are the kindest and most honest people I've worked with in AC and Heating! I switched from CoolRay because we needed a new AC and CoolRay quotes us 3K MORE than Bartlett (with all the same warranties and maintenance deals). My best friend also uses Bartlett and has had the same experience as me. They are prompt, professional, quick to work, and so kind. You feel like family has walked through your door or called you on the phone. They even called me after we had a few warm days to make sure it was working ok and if I needed anything. They are not pushy at all and honest with their advise and info. Love these guys!

They worked hard, got the new furnace installed, got the AC working and helped me program a new thermostat. They were polite, respectful and seemed knowledgeable. A good experience.

Brent and his team were great! They showed up on time and were professional and respectful the entire time they were here. They did a great job of explaining our new HVAC system and walking us through all the things they did and answered all our questions. They left without a trace as well when they were done. We highly recommend them!
