I can’t express how grateful we are for the honest consultation and fantastic service of Bartlett. When cold weather hit and our furnace wasn’t working, we had a competitor come out and look at our system which resulted in them recommending either a $2500 repair or a $6000 new system. I am so glad we decided to have Bartlett come out and give a second opinion. Not only did they immediately quote a replacement that was a greater system and $1000 less than our previous quote, but they questioned the previous repair quote and sent a tech out to take a look. Our Bartlett tech confirmed the issue was misdiagnosed and was able to repair for a third of the previously quoted price. They could have easily told us to go with a new system or blindly done the repairs the previous company recommended, but the experience we received shows the Bartlett team cares about delivering honest and dependable service over money. Bartlett will always be our first call!

Exceptional company. We have used Bartlett for several years and never been disappointed. Besides regular maintenance they have completed several repairs for us and installed new equipment. They have also responded to a couple of emergency weekend calls. Everyone is friendly, professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Jerry is our regular technician - he's fantastic!

My Goodman HVAC was making loud noise when its ON and I was worried that its going to quit in middle of summer. After searching on line I found Bartlett Heating & Cooling is one of the best services I could use. Scheduling the service was very easy and they gave the appointment for within two days. The technician MITCHEL came right on time, called me 15 Mts. before his arrival.He is very polite young man with cheerful attitude. After listening to my complaints, he explained what he is going to do and highly recommended to sign up for the service contract. After I agreed to sign up for the contract, he right away checked everything , made corrections where necessary. Oh! what a relief that I felt with the work done by MITCHEL. I highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs.

Josh quickly diagnosed my problem correctly and explained it effectively. He went to work and gave me progress reports. It took à little while but now I have efficient heating and cooling and adequate freeon levels. I decided it would be beneficial to go with à Yearly Service Agreement. 5 of my neighbors highly recommend Bartlett and now I can too! Thank you Josh!

Very nice crew and I was impressed they did extra tasks to get best installation. I offered to pay extra but they declined.
I have performed my own HVAC repairs for 20 yrs and claim some expertise to judge the quality of the crew.
