Jerry is a great service provider. Always respectful and takes good care of us! It is obvious that Bartlett teaches their techs to be respectful and efficient. I have met several different ones over the years and they are all very professional.

Very reputable business. The onsite technician is always professional and conducts inspections in a timely manner. Gives maintenance recommendations but does not push unneeded products. A great HVAC Service provider.

I wish I could give even more stars for Bo and Bartlett Heating & Cooling!!! They have been awesome to work with and it's always the same people who you talk to if you call and who comes out for maintenance on our system. That leadsme to Bo, the person who comes out regularly to do checkups and recommendations for our system. He is amazing! Super knowledgeable, very friendly and just overall a great guy. I highly recommend you consider Bartlett.

The technicians introduced themselves and were very professional explaining the work they would be doing. They worked efficiently and completed the job as predicted.

Buyer beware with Bartlett Heating & Cooling.

I called Barlett Heating & Cooling to replace a condensate pump on a mini split system. When I called to schedule the appointment, I said, "Please go ahead and bring a new condensate pump. It needs to be replaced." Instead, they performed a "Level 2" service on the existing condensate pump. I guess the "2" in "Level 2" means two hours. Because that's about how long the pump worked after the technician left. That service call cost me $323.00. I called them back to schedule another service call and was expecting some sort of discount to replace the broken condensate pump (which is what I originally requested). When I asked for consideration to an additional $634.00 bill from Bartlett, the answer was an unapologetic "No discount." So $957 for a new condensate is a ripoff.

We were having trouble with a couple of rooms not heating well. Luis took the time to explain the reasons for that, and suggested several possible solutions ranging from very cost-efficient do-it-yourself solutions to modifications to our current system. We were not given sales pressure, but good information. Our experience with the Bartlett technicians has been excellent.

Joshua was very professional throughout my HVAC Service appointment! After completing the initial servicing, prior to doing any additional work, he spoke with me about the issues he identified, the cost to repair and any other essential details prior to performing any work. I've yet to have a bad experience with Bartlett Heating & Cooling!!

The folks at Bartlett are always friendly, professional, courteous and honest, which my other HVAC service companies were not. This time, the technician noticed that the last filter he put in was not the same as we usually get but we had been charged as if it were. He called the office and they discounted this filter by the amount of the previous overcharge. We are so happy to finally have found Bartlett.
