Super unprofessional experience with Bartlett. I've used them in the past with no issues; however my last experience was terrible. From the receptionist who gave incorrect info to the technician that came out--- not knowledgeable and very poor service. Nit sure what has happened to their techs since covid but their service has severely declined.

Terence from Bartlett is the best! We’ve used him for years for our town house, then home, and also rental properties. I’ve referred him to all my neighbors who also use and love him & Bartlett. Highly recommend!

Joshua E. was able to quickly isolate and fix my furnace problems. He explained everything simply and made sure I was aware of optimal settings since I have 2 units. Bartlett Heating and Cooling always offers exceptional service from friendly customer service from when you call in and schedule with Holly, experienced technical support as well as fair pricing. I would highly recommend them to friends and family!

I've always had pleasant experiences with Bartlett's technicians but Joshua Ellis went above and beyond today when he came out to perform routine maintenance on our HVAC units. He noticed our gas fireplace had the incorrect burners/logs in it, which may not seem like a big deal to some but could potentially cause harmful chemicals to be emitted into the air. Thanks to Bartlett and Joshua for superior service!

Bartlett's technicians are top notch. They are always polite, knowledgeable and informative. They identify any issues, but they do not oversell just to make money. They only do what is needed or recommended (if you choose to do such recommended items). Excellent company!

New to the area last spring and used Nextdoor to find a recommended HVAC service to help with issues I was having cooling my newly purchased townhome. Bartlett came up and after speaking with their super kind front office person, Josh was soon to arrive, inspect, troubleshoot, and resolve my HVAC problem. He was clean and friendly, very knowledgeable, systematic in figuring out the issue, and presented clear options on what I could and should do to resolve it. Signing up for their service plan (which I wanted to set up regardless) gave me some nice discounts on the repair. Fast forward to today when I was scheduled for my winter service, half expecting them to be running late due to all the frigid temps and emergency calls they were doing all weekend, Josh returned, was on time, and reflected the same quality service I experienced earlier in the year. I am VERY pleased with Bartlett H&C and grateful for the recommendation that pointed me to them last year. Without hesitation, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for H&C service needs. Bartlett is a great company. We've used them for years for our system maintenance. Wouldn't go anywhere else for HVAC. Josh Ellis is a great service technician too.

Being in sales my whole life, this may have been one of the most impressive experiences I have ever had. I am not one who likes to have to bargain and shop around for the best deal. From the start, Karen was flawless. So genuine. Then Jeff came and was very honest and upfront with me. He didnt try to flaunt their most expensive products toward me. He told me exactly what I needed. He of course showed me what was available but was very informitive and knowledgable on what those upgrades do so I could make a clear decision on which route to go. Not only was the process smooth, the team was so nice. They cleaned up every spec of mess (i'm assuming they made dragging the old duct work out). Even texted me as I was away from home to ask what temp I like the house at. Anddd to make things better, they send me a thank you gift afterwards. As weird as it sounds, I wish my AC has issues more often just to get to work with such an efficient and genuine team!

Knowledgeable, punctual, friendly, & no up-selling. Competitive prices provided on what is needed & since many parts are on the truck, most likely multiple appts aren’t needed to take care of one simple issue. Glad we came across this company & agree with all the other great reviews. Bo is great- we’ll be requesting him by name next visit.

Excellent company to work with. Sales crew was helpful and gave a no pressure quote with options for a lower cost system. They respected my wishes for a basic system without the bells and whistles and didn't try to upsell me or tell me I needed to replace functional equipment. Their quote was the lowest of the four we received. Installation crew was professional and on time. The install looks good and everything worked like it should before they left. We went with Bartlett because of all the 5 star reviews and they were a local Cobb county company. They earned 5 stars from us as well.
