I normally don’t take the time to write a review, but I couldn’t go without giving Micheal the Service Technician and the operator (I can’t remember her name) praise for helping us out. The whole process was fast and quick. Michael was very friendly and polite to me. He had a positive attitude during his time with us. And most importantly he got the job fixed less than 15 minutes. Done excellent work installing my cooling system. Called me to set an appointment when it was time for an inspection. Give them a call and you will be glad that you did.

It took not even a whole day for them to install (and avoid the wasps in pulling out my old unit) and I've been so pleased with the new system.

They did an excellent job was very good. I recommend them Five stars I no longer recommend them. They charged me $ 190.00 to replace a compositor that cost 30.00 at the most. That equals to $ 160.00 labor. Did not find out until I wrote the review that they had charged me to much. One star for overcharging. Their work was good.

Came out to fix a not running AC unit within a few hours of our call. AC was fixed promptly, Shae was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. Even talked to me about moving the location of my thermostat so it wasn't in front of a window (ie spiking my power bill). New to Macon and happy to have found such an honest and reliable company! Thank you!
