When I contacted Total Comfort the first time, their service was great. I was highly satisfied with their work. I'm praying that Total Comfort will continue to give great service. Their employees are also great!!!

The technician went under the house and thoroughly checked unit . Then went out back and checked and cleaned unit. Brought new filter for return. I can count on a professional experience from by this company and have for over 10 years.

With everyone so busy they were able to come in a reasonable amount of time. Tron was the tech and he was so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, I truly enjoyed him. I've used this company for several years and I highly recommend them. Thank you Total Comfort and huge thanks th Tron for making me smile.

My furnace air furnace was experiencing cycling and was not heating my home in this cold weather. I called Total Comfort and they were able to dispatch an amazing technician, Mat Ive, to my home on the same day. Mat was able to quickly identify the root cause (a shorting spark ignition wire) and replace, getting my furnace back to work at heating my home. I appreciated the company’s prompt service and care, the technician’s professionalism, knowledge, and expertise, and the reasonable rates charged to effect this critical repair. Cody Watson came out and chose the perfect unit we needed. The team that installed the unit were here early and had everything completed in record time. They worked non stop in very hot weather! So pleased with this company!

The tech was on time, pleasant, and explained to my husband all he did to make sure our system continues to work properly. We highly recommend Total Comfort.

Came out on Friday could not fix the air. They came back on Monday (did not call to say when they were coming or that they were on the way) damaged the wall and was not upfront about the cost. The owner was suppose to call us back and 7 hours later no phone call. Never calling this company again. Worst experience in along time and now I am going to have to repaint and sheet rock my wall out of my pocket.

Our A/C system has been unable to cool the house, a note from our home inspector mentioned the duct insulation may need to be replaced. So we inspected under the house and found that it was very cool and the insulation is gone or hanging off of the ducts. We tried another company and they were asking for too much money so we have just been dealing with the heat. My mom who is staying with us decided she would like to help out with the A/C situation and called Total Comfort. First red flag for me was the $79 fee to just come out and look. But she went ahead and had them come out and look. Couple of techs came out and looked over the unit and duct work and said the only problem was that the outside unit needed to be cleaned. Then charged $275 to just clean the unit. Mentioned that there was only 2 feet of ductwork that needed some insulation but also said that metal ductwork does not need to be insulated.

Update: changing to 3 stars as the company sent another guy out who did go under the house and tape up most of the hanging insulation. Still don't understand why they say sheet metal ductwork doesn't need to be insulated but I do appreciate the help.
