Great service by a skilled technician. Was very helpful in explaining everything with our AC unit.

Thank you so much for coming out for our scheduled maintenance on our HVAC system. Our technician Tron was just amazing! He was courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and a fine young man. He called prior to his arrival, promptly began his work testing the system, changing the filter, and answering all the questions we had for him with ease. He was outstanding!!

Excellent customer service.My unit is very old and I’m overdue for a new one. They came out, explained what they could do to see if there was any more life left in it. Unlike other companies that came out and just put Freon that would leak out and advise me to get a new unit, Total Comfort actually did a “real diagnostic” on my unit. They are honest and affordable. When I am ready for a new unit I will more than likely use them to install.

My father has been a customer for many years after total comfort installed new unit. We have maintained the yearly maintenance plan. On last Thursday the technician was very professional and thorough. He was a great representative of your company. Hopefully he will come out next time we are scheduled for maintenance.

Repairmen showed up early, quickly determined the problem, let me know what was wrong, what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost. Let me know about 2 components that needed replacing and what they would cost. Also told me that I didn't need filters inside the house vents since I had the filter in the out side unit. They were very professional and got my AC back up and running quickly. Very happy customer..
