George was the technician , he is wonderful. Come in changed my filters and went to work. Explained to me what he did and said everything looked good. He is just kind happy person . Told me and my next door neighbor to have a wonderful week and a happy 4th of July. You couldn’t ask for a better person. He was very pleasant.

Andy, I wanted to let you know that I appreciated our phone call on Monday morning and your willingness to work with me to satisfy my goal to repair the system. Shane W. was here first thing this morning (Tuesday). He diagnosed the issue to the AH Control Board and possibly the ECM controller. He first installed the Control Board and tested the system. It checked out fine. Installing the ECM Module was not necessary. I was very pleased with Shane’s work and diagnostic ability. Especially, that the system is back up and running as it is supposed to. Looking forward to a continued trusted relationship. As you said during our call, I will eventually need a new system and you will get the first opportunity when that time comes. I also intend to continue the semi-annual check-ups.

My tech Matt was a true technician, he tried everything he could to try and fix the mess another HVAC guy had left us with, but we ended up having to replace the blower motor either way. His office kept me informed of when the parts came in and were flexible about install times. Everyone was super helpful and easy to work with. Matt came by this morning, in the rain and installed the blower with not a single complaint and had a pleasant attitude. Great service, reasonable prices. I will definitely use them again for any HVAC issues I may have in the future, so should you.

Our ac went out. When we called other companies they just kept saying to replace parts. When Total Comfort came out they did a thorough inspection. The technician then explained what eas wrong and showed us how getting a new unit would be cheaper. They helped us with financing so we wouldn't have to pay the full amount all at once. On the day of the install they showed up on time, we're very professional, and ensured everything was working before they left.
