My system quit working and needed a TXV replacement. The part was ordered and came in within a couple of days. The technician got it replaced and now it is working great. The technician even helped me get my thermostat programmed to run better while he was here.

Total Comfort provides excellent service. Tim came right out diagnosed the problem. He was in and out in less than an hour. I am very pleased that my AC was restored so quickly and professionally. Call Total comfort first. Conditioned Air told me that I needed a service agreement. And they were not taking any new customers. Not a good idea in Georgia, it’s hot. Call Total Comfort now…you won’t be sorry. Cost was very reasonable also.

Had a problem with my furnace blower constantly blowing hot air. Well the first technician he did a fabulous job, super friendly, quick, and let me know when he was going to be there.we had checked everything but the heat after he said what the problem was. Said they couldn't get the part til Tuesday. It wasn't til after he left sometime that i noticed my heat wasn't working so I replaced the part because I was told they couldn't diagnose it til they got the part. Got the part even though I was told no place is open to get the part. Scheduled another tech to come out and was told he'd be there in an hr. He called me to reconfirm. Then called saying he was tired and would rather do it in the morning. i called to see how far out he was because I have two kids and the temp was 26 degrees outside and dropping. He told me he could do it in the morning while ordering food. Then said maybe, then proceeded to say he'd try to do it, that he would give me a call in the morning. I never received a call, by the way,but I had to pay another company double what i paid yall to come out and to find out that 1 wire was in the wrong place on the thermastate. The second tech was highly unprofessional with the way he handled the situation I will be calling when yall open for my money back.
