Total Comfort Cooling & Heating

From the moment we scheduled an installation, Total Comfort was prompt and courteous. I live in Atlanta and I coordinate to have it installed in my parents home. They also let you know when it’s time for a checkup! I love this company!!!

Total Comfort has been providing us with regular maintenance of our HVAC system for years. I appreciate not having to think about scheduling them (because they call to set it up when it's time).

Taylor was the technician that came out today he was very professional and took care of the issue timely.

I was very impressed with Total Comforts response to my concerns after the technician they sent out didn’t resolve my issue. I ended up having to get a new system and they credited my bill with the difference I had paid for the repairs from the initial contact. They had a tech out to install my new system within one day and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The office staff is awesome over the phone and follow up with you to make sure you are happy. I am a real working person and I value my money so if you have to replace your HVAC system contact them because they value your business.

Excellent service from George- very detailed, follow through, focused and patient. He did excellent service, repair and I was happy to pay for this kind of customer service
